I wish there was a way to give zero stars..I am disgusted by the cruel and insensitive way my family was treated. My female lab was having a serious complication in the delivery of her pups. My husband arrived before they opened, hoping to be seen. He was told they were booked and refused to even look at her. They gave my husband the name of a vet in grand blanc. My husband called and the vet came right to the phone and told my husband she needed a certain medicine. My husband went back in and asked if the dr was too busy to look at her if he could at least give him the medicine she needed to save her and her puppies. He again was treated rudely and turned away. My husband went out to grand blanc..they were also booked...but they MADE TIME..for an emergency. We have gone to Reese for years.. This experience was enough to never go back but is on top of last visit. This was an appointment made and we had to leave work early to be on time...get there and have no place to sit and we wait for over an hour. I start asking other people what time their appointment was for, an hour before mine...REALLY! Profit trumps caring yet again...never again...once was a place of honest caring people....now business...first and for most...good luck loyal customers.....I will never go back...

My daughters Cockatiel fell ill and we took her to Dr. Reeses office prior to them opening on a Saturday morning. We were turned away because we didnt have an appointment. Apparently, they are not as caring and loving towards animals as some might think. We are on our way to the Birch Run Frankenmuth Veterinary office right now. I called them and they could not believe that we were turned away at Dr. Reeses office. They told us to come right in and no matter how booked they are, they are going to squeeze us in. I have been to Dr. Reeses office twice before but I will NEVER darken his doorstep again.

I had to put down my dog,the woman vet was very rude. My dog couldnt walk or eat he was 17 years old, that B of a vet rudely said it was her dission not mine. They charged 96.00 to put him down,then they wanted 280.00 to creamate him. Key Lor charged me 120.00. Ill never go back,they used to be good I have been going there for years not now. All they want now is to make the almighty buck!

Dont waste your time seem to care more about making money then actually helping animals in dire need and people who are struggling at the moment can do nothing but watch their animals suffer and worry about there child, family, and pets safety. So much for so-called veterinarians and animal lovers. Thought you got into that business to help animals not make money.

My experience on 5/2/17 was anything but helpful. I came in with my 1 year old Yorkie for a UTI. They charged me $26.00 for a urine test that they collected off the lobby floor! The staff is rude as well as the office manager! They dont care about your pet, they care about your bank account! I will never bring my pets back there again! So long blood suckers.....

The new Vet that has taken over my animals care does not seem to know what he is doing. They didnt even take my cats temperature when I took him in for lethargy and diarrhea and seemingly a fever. They gave me medication for anxiety which has nothing to do with any of his symptoms I switched vets after 18 years of seeing Dr. Reese.

Hard to get a same day appointment if you need to. I almost always was out on hold four extended times when i called. Have to wait for them to finish their conversations to pick up my dogs medication. The actual vet seems good but the reception department does need some work.

I have taken my animals to Dr Reese for 20 plus years, and I have always recieved great service. I have had to put a number of animals down over the years, and they have even came to my home to do it.

My one visit a long time ago was very positive. I ran into a friend today who takes her 2 dogs there. She highly recommended I go back there, now that I have dogs again. I will.
