I went to see Miss Loring for anger management. The type of job Im in is real stressful and has a lot of pressure. She helped me learn how to manage my anger at my job and home. Even my wife says Im a nicer person to be around. I was ordered by the court to get counseling. But now I go to see Miss Loring on my own even after I didnt have to go anymore because her counseling to me was so helpful. Im going to be honest, I didnt think a female therapist would know how to handle me a male with anger. Miss Loring did a real good job understanding where my anger came from and teaching me how to be assertive and not aggressive. I like one of her famous sayings, be firm but fair.
