This was a very unwelcoming place. I was at my wits end to find treatment for two kittens that I found abandoned in Flint and offered to pay if they would look at them and give them some food. I have cats and couldnt risk taking them home to infect my kittens with potential diseases. They told me "sorry" w/ a smile and then just stood there looking at me. Then I was referred to animal control - having already called animal control, a rescue charity and the humane society, this was a little late. I had been turned away from organizations as Genesee is over whelmingly maxed out at capacity for animal welfare. Crosss receptionist or techs, whoever they were, stood there providing no help and some empty smiles suggesting I go home and infect my cats or basically dump the kittens I was holding back into a parking lot. Nice.

My 8 year old Rat Terrier mix was licking her foot, so I went to see what was going on and her bed was all bloody so I looked at her foot and she had nearly ripped a toenail completely off. It was very close to closing time there at Cross Veterinarian Clinic but I called anyway. The Receptionist didnt hesitate and said bring her right in. The nail had to come off, I knew it, but I also knew I couldnt do it without hurting her. So, off to the vet we went. Gracie and I were treated with respect, kindness and loving care. Even tho it was nearly past closing, everyone there helped to get Gracies toenail fixed and it felt like they didnt care if it was past closing. I felt that they were there for Gracie and I - no matter what. Ill never go to another Clinic. I love Cross Veterinarian Clinic and so does Gracie!

WAY OVER PRICED AND FALSE ADVERTISING! and they just raised their prices again! Never going back. I checked their website and it shows they are open on Saturday, but they really arent. The website says they have a licensed veterinary technician that stays over night with pets after surgery, but they dont! Oh they have someone stay there, thats true, but she isnt licensed....she isnt even a technician! How do I know? I asked! You can too. Browse the website.....its sorely outdated with pictures of the other vet that died a long time ago. Doesnt look like half of those people even work there anymore. False advertising for sure. Just another lie and reason to jack up their prices for those back taxes they owe. Unbelievable.

Dr.Fleming and his staff are fantastic! He helped me through a difficult diagnosis with my aging pooch Apollo as well as making an informed decision regarding his end of life. Now that I have my 9 month old Boxer, Phoebe, he has been fabulous with her care. He truly enjoys seeing her and even spends the extra few minutes at the end of our appointments to play with her before we leave. When I had her in to be spayed, they took excellent care of her. Ive never had a pet love going to the vet as much as Phoebe does. Dr. Fleming and his entire staffs love for animals shines through from the minute you walk in the door. I cant imagine entrusting my pets health to anyone else.

We got our first puppy in 2008 and took him to Cross Veterinary Clinic for his checkup. In 2009 we added a second dog to our family and we have taken them both to Cross for all of their medical needs. The staff is always friendly and they provide excellent service and follow-up. I get friendly email reminders when its time for my dogs checkups and I have the ability to schedule appointments online. If I need to reschedule an appointment, they are always very accommodating and have never charged me a fee for cancelling. My dogs are treated like family and I know they are in good hands. I highly recommend Cross Veterinary Clinic for you animal care needs!

We brought our newly adopted dog, Rosie, for her first check up and because we were told she is very nervous/afraid because of a lack of socialization by her previous owner I was worried. I called and asked many "what if" questions and they were all answered by a kind team at Cross Veterinary Clinic. Rosie did excellent and received her shots and preventive meds without any issues. Lovely office, and kind Dr.. We will be back!

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Had to put my cat down and Dr. Flemings son was running around and being loud the entire time. Its a Vets office NOT A DAY CARE! The Vet and his wife are ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Been a client for years, but will never go back. Used to be a caring, professional staff but not anymore. Needs to get rid of that young tech Danielle.....very rude. Just not the same place since Fleming took over.

If your looking for a clinic you cant go wrong with them.I have taken my dog to Cross Veterinary Clinic for a few years now. They provide excellent care.I have always found the staff to be caring and knowledgeable. I feel they treat my dog as if he was one of their own.They do a wonderful job.I like that you can make an appointment and not have to wait for hours to be seen. Great job your doing Cross Veterinary Clinic!

My Yorkie had to have her teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago and we were quite nervous, due to a slight heart murmur, of her going under anesthesia. They were very understanding and comforting, while still being honest about the risks. Karen, Susan & Dr. Fleming (and the rest of the staff) have been very helpful for many years now, with all of my pets - past & present. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I just recently moved to Grand Blanc and was in need of a vet. After reading all the reviews I decided to go to Cross Veterinarian Clinic. The clinic is very clean and even has a nice fish tank in the waiting room to keep my 6 year old grandson busy while we wait. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have been there twice now and wouldnt think of going any where else!

The staff members at Cross Veterinary Clinic have always been very good to my cat and me. We usually dont have much of a wait time after checking in, and they understand shes not always the easiest creature to try and handle. Theres usually always a follow-up call the day after a surgical procedure just to be sure everything is going well. Theyve earned my Seal of Approval.
