Dr. Greenslait saw my mother for her chronic pain that shes had her whole life. She was referred to him from her primary physician. She told him she was in pain, and then he rudely replied back, "yeah, me too." He offered no help or even discussion about ways to manage or help with her pain. He is a pain doctor, and he offered nothing. He was very nonchalant about his patient whos paying good money to see him. I hope he treats his other patients with more respect and compassion. Small town doctors can either be very helpful, personable, or the exact opposite like sir Dr. Greenslait, who values his time and money more than the well being of his patients. Good luck with business.

Went to the Emergency Room yesterday for extreme head pain due to my trigeminal neuralgia/nerve pain and they were wonderful!! I cant say enough nice things about them. Especially for coming from California and having no medical background here, they got me in and out quickly while treating me with kindness! Thank all of you that played a part in making the rest of my day so much better!! God Bless all of you. Well at first service here was very good. After waiting over 20 minutes my husband had to ask what was taking so long to get some type of relief for the severe pain. Come to find out the doc hadnt put it in the computer yet so the rude nurse left a note for the doctor. Yet again after another 20 minutes my husband went back to nurse station. The nurse was very rude again. Seems if someone is not able to be pleasant and polite they should not be dealing with people. I am in the medical field myself and am not happy with having to be treated so rudely.

Nice facility. Was not a very long wait. However, the only place in the area to get an X-ray was the ER. Most of the urgent care in and around Silver Lake, Pentwater and Lundington is not urgent care at all. Hospital had something called convenient care. They can take an X-ray but said they will call you in 3 or 4 days. Huh? Only option...go to ER. Well $1,000 for less than 5 min with doctor and 3 X-rays. Time from heading to a room until I left was 20 min. Holy ****!

Tina at the front desk was great and very caring! We didnt wait long and then Steven wheeled my son to the room. He was showing my son a good time because he had to miss trick or treating. Thank you for making Halloween a little better for my son.

We were vacationing here when my 10 month old daughter needed evaluation for a possible ear infection. The facility is beautiful, care was quick and friendly. Im in the medical field and was very apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised.
