My mother recently had to stay in Mercy Manor for a short period while waiting for a room to open up at a nursing home closer to home. If you want your loved ones to be disrespected, then take them here. I was there one time and my mother had had diarrhea all night, and they had just brought her lunch which had beans. She told me she didnt want beans. I told the staff lady that she didnt want beans and explained why, and this "classy" lady started singing the "beans beans the magical fruit" song to my mother, totally embarrassing her. Another time when I was there a staff person (or maybe a volunteer) was running bingo and she kept telling these ladies to "not get their panties in a bunch." This person was a young woman. Can you imagine putting your mother or grandmother in a place with staff that are so crass and vulgar?

I went by ambulance to ER on Saturday afternoon with severe sciatica. Ive had three back surgeries previously, so I know how serious it is. I did not see one person from admitting, nurse on duty, doctor on duty, x-ray tech, or any other with even an ounce of compassion. All they did was drug me up and send me home. Now three days later Im still trying to find a doctor to order me an MRI. They should have done that, or admitted me. I will never go back there.

My husband had an accident with wood chipper got the tip of his finger chewed. He was by himself called 911 they took him to Grayling hosp. 17 stitches later & continuously following up with his own doctor down state to find thr emergency room left a 1/4" piece of wood & gauze in his finger. Evidently they think its OK to sew it up with gauze left in & not make sure all the wood is out 1st. Enter with caution

My fiance and I got to grayling hospital at about quarter to 12am. Were still here and still havent been seen by the doctor. They said there is only one doctor on tonight. Its 4am n Im a bit agitated with this hospital. I asked for his discharge papers and was told tht if we left it would be against medical advice and his insurance wouldnt pay for the visit. What kind of hospital is this!!!

Have been seeing all of the baby Drs for nine months, theyve all been very good with thier care. Had an emergency C-SECTION, the surgical staff, Dr, pediatrician and especially the OB department gave us the best care. No words can describe how happy myself and my husband where not only with my care but our new born baby also.

Dont go to this ER if you can help it! We went in for some minor stitches, and the bill was $2485! None of that was covered by insurance. My insurance company claimed that the hospital charged more than they were willing to pay, so it was "ineligible".

My Mom is dealing with Pancreatic cancer, they left her in a room for over 2 hours with no one to help or see her for her pain, went to Gaylord they found the problem in less than an hour and shipped her to Saginaw. Lazy staff!! Very unprofessional.

They where awesome people and got me care i really needed great drs and to top it off if i didnt go tothe hospital i would have been dead.... they saved my life.... thank you er staff in grayling hospital i am glad you guys helped....

The female ob Dr doesnt care about the well being of her patients, mother or child, worst hospital ever, leaking fluid and they never tested it and my bright red spotting is normal
