If I could give them zero stars I would. My dog who is 14 years old has pain in his legs and can hardly use them. Hes been on medication for a long time now. Called in to get a refill and they said we needed to make an appointment. We told them that we are low on money but would make an appointment in a month and asked for the medication to get him by until the appointment and they wouldnt do it. Why does he need an appointment anyway for a chronic problem that they are already aware of and prescribed the medicine in the first place? Because they want to milk their customers for money. I will never take my dogs here again!

This is one awesome veterinary clinic, not only is the entire staff animal lovers, but the doctors really care. My adopted cat Musical which was thought only to be a tooth ache, was later diagnosed with jaw bone cancer. There was no easy choice in this matter since the pain for Musical would be monumental. All of our pets in our family are favorites, but we are very happy the clinic was able to revove some bone and the infected tooth. This is temporary relief for Musical, but she appears to be doing fine. Thank you Manchester Veterinary Clinic.

Really nice folks. Family owed practice. A couple years ago I had a beagle that needed surgery. Pretty expensive stuff and Doctor Art one of the owner just said " Pay me when you can, thats what everyone else does!" with a smile. Dr. Liz is super nice and knowledgeable too. They both like to explain the science behind the diagnosis and I always appreciate that. They will take care of you.

They keep up on all the latest science, and explain everything to you in detail so you understand what is happening with your pet.
