I went in for a cleaning and evaluation that was supposed to be free. My family had been there before and really didnt find it a good fit for us. I decided to give them another try because of the promotion. The dental practice is fine I guess. I just received a telephone call from a debt collector saying that I owe them $50 for a cleaning that my insurance didnt pay for. I was shocked. I had asked three different times if the appointment was completely free. Once before, once during and once in my exit interview. I even asked to make sure that my insurance company wouldnt be billed. I was told at every point that it would not cost myself or my insurance anything. I dont care about the $50. Its the principle of the matter. You cant tell me on three occasions that its free and then hold my credit hostage for $50 not to mention what my insurance company was billed. Steer very very clear!

When you still get compliments on your teeth at 60, something is going right! I have called Brite Smiles and Dr. Dennis Simmons, my dentist of choice for the past 20 years. With the recommendations Im given for different issues I face, I remain confident with the care and concern I continue to receive. With my regular exams I havent had to have any additional work done in years. I am very particular about my teeth and wouldnt go anywhere else. Mary is superb as my hygienist and I feel genuinely cared about by everyone.

The customer service was amazing. I called last minute to get an appointment and they were able to squeeze in for an appointment an hour after I called! The dentist and dental hygienist were both extremely nice and friendly as well as very thorough and informative in their answers to my questions. Very shady dental office....They strongly recommended I have three expensive crowns. I got a second opinion from another dentist and he thought I only needed one filling. Plus their prices are much higher than others in the area. Do what you wish but I will never go back and am happy to report my bad experience to let others know.
