I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The customer service is awesome, the location is clean and inviting, the dentists and other employees are straight with you about costs and options to consider, and the friendliness is unrivaled by any other dentist office Ive ever been to. They also dont charge an arm and a leg for their services. My dental insurance is a percentage plan, so this clinic makes it affordable. They also arent pushy with getting treatment done. I especially like Dr. Sally Johnsons work there! She is a very good dentist and has great ethics. She took out a couple of my wisdom teeth back in 2011 and she was so gentle about it. She was able to schedule the appointment within days and the operation was quick. Experienced no complications! When I moved out of the area, I tried another dentist office that was closer to my new home. Horrible experience! They "discovered" problems with my teeth, and I was suspicious of their "findings." My suspicions were confirmed when I came back to Dr Johnson. She didnt find ANY of the "issues" my other dentist described. I decided it was worth driving the 60 miles back to this clinic every 6 months.You wont regret going to this place!

When I first went in I knew I had alot of work to be done. I was told by other dentists that I needed other work that I couldnt afford and was never offered a regular cleaning. I met with a hygienist who decided before anything else that we would do a cleaning. And then be seen by the dentist for determining what should be done. On my second appointment we finished the cleaning and they had extra time so I was able to stay and start work with the dentist on my teeth. In total it took I believe 5 appointments or less to fix my teeth and I now can smile normally without covering my mouth. This place is a great place with great quality people. I do think it is better to schedule appointments in person rather than on the phone because sometimes you can be on hold for quite awhile. But that does not take away from this business in whole. Thank you health partners dental! !

All I can say is ...Wow... I will start by saying Im a 29 year old stubborn man that doesnt like the dentist. The customer service here was superb. Great on the phone. Exceptional in person. From top to bottom this place is operated with professionalism and friendliness. The receptionists, hygienists and doctors are great. I had to stop and consider scheduling in another six months because it was such a (dare I say it) pleasant experience. Of course my stubbornness piped up and I made it for the next year but I had to seriously consider it. On the business end they are not pushy and give you options. What a great experience at this dentist. I look forward to going again.

Such a pleasant experience. Its been 15+ years since Ive seen the dentist and finally finding the courage and boldness to go in, this location made this transition in my life so comfortable. I didnt think I would ever say this, but I cant wait for my next visit. I just want to personally thank Kathy, Dr. Hirsh, and the rest of the team there at the Coon Rapids Health Partners location. I will definitely be keeping this location as my primary dental clinic.

I love this clinic! Been going here for years, The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make sure i feel comfortable during my visit. If there is a cancelation they make sure to keep is in mind and call and offer us the spot. I would recommend going to this clinic!
