Terrible experience, I got there about 20-30 minutes early before my scheduled appointment. Nobody was in the front office, so I sat and waited with my wife, (we both had to take time off of work to make it there.) About the time I was supposed to be seen, someone else came in and the Dentist came and got him within 5 minutes. Bear in mind that I had already been sitting there around a half hour waiting already. Nobody said a word to me or my wife at this point. I am thinking "No big deal, he is probably backed up a bit and the guy that he called in before me probably had an appointment before me," so I didnt mind too much. Now, about a half hour later, (I have now waited for over an hour, and about 30-35 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment,) someone comes out and asks who I am. I tell her my name and that I am a new patient and that I have an appointment to be seen 30ish minutes prior. She proceeds to tell me that I am not on the schedule. At that point I was fed up and just left. Wasted the gas to get there, both my wife and I wasted the time off to be there. It took about an hour or so for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there again. My wife was a patient there and she will now NEVER go back. Terrible place, terrible service.

I went to Dr Lee thinking that I needed a ton of work done ended up needing a root canal and a couple of fillings. I have not had very good experiences with dentists and have a lot of anxiety built up about it. I expressed my concerns with Dr Lee and he was very patient, careful and attentive to my needs. I enjoyed his hours as well since now a days there are not many dentists that do not work odd hours and I noticed he works on weeknights which was appreciated. I would recommend him to anybody who is scared of dentists or doesnt like them. Dr Lee is the best dentist I have had the opportunity of working with in a long time.

I went to Dr. Ignatius when I needed a new dentist and was in need of a crown. Dr. Ignatius said the tooth was not worth saving and he wanted to send me to get it pulled and go with a partial. I dismissed this and him and went to Centerpoint dental. Dr. Roher-Tuchscherer (Dr. Sara) put a crown on, and it lasted 3 years before I had to have it pulled and I went to an implant. In my opinion Dr. Ignatius puts himself and his time bafore patients and I would not recomend going to him. Dr. Sara at Centerpoint dental is the best!!! She even pulled the tooth herself.

I have been to the Burnsville Family Dental a few times and have had nothing but a great experience. Everyone there is very friendly and I would recommend Burnsville Family Dental to anyone looking for a Dentist.

Dr Lee has been our dentist for years! He and his staff are fabulous, friendly, professional and it is such a comfortable atmosphere. Glory and Amy are the best as well! Highly recommended!
