Ive been there for years, but lately they have gone down hill. It took them two years to figure out that one of my teeth was cracked and now I have about five teeth I diagnosed myself to be cracked. Then they charged me an x-ray fee even though I ask at the time if it was going to cost extra and she said no. They will also call and say I have an appointment tomorrow morning when I never made an appointment and then they try to have me pay the cancellation fee when it wasnt my fault in the first place.

I have been going to Champlin Family Dental since 1994. Every time we arrive for an appointment, we are greeted by amazing staff as if we are family. I have known many of the hygienists for years as they have been there as long as I have been going. The doctors are amazing and have given us great care over the years. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office!

The Dr.s in this dental office is rude and makes rude comments. They also dont send actual detailed statements because they are trying to "save" trees. They have charged us amounts that are not accurate. Sooooo disappointed in this office. My family and I will not be returning. I WOULD GIVE THIS A 0 STAR BUT IT WONT LET ME POST WITHOUT IT.

Dr. Bauer is so friendly and funny and my hygienist is so personable. They dont make me feel afraid to get my teeth cleaned. They take a gentle approach, and treat me like a good friend. Champlain Family Dental provides the best care Ive ever gotten.

People were great but their treatment plan ignored all of my concerns. They refused to work with me unless I did what they said, ignoring my concerns, and denied me any future service because I wanted a second opinion. Its their way or the highway.

I have gone here for years and I love it. Im very comfortable in the office and the entire staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming. The doctors are gentle and dont torture you in the chair like most other dentists do! I recommend them.
