Had a last-minute root canal done and Dr. Yang was terrific. She told me what she was doing as she was working on my root canal and explained the whole procedure. Did not make me feel like I was under pressure. In short, Dr. Yang did a great job. Front desk was great as well. Lastly, I just want to give a huge shout out to the dental hygienist, Kaitlyn Dvorak(?)!!! It was my three year olds first time visiting the dentist. Keep in mind that my son can be a total crybaby, especially when it comes to strangers. Kaitlyn was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She was so gentle, her voice was calm, and she definitely has a way with kids. My three year old did not cry at all! I was so amazed at how well he did, and I think its mostly because Kaitlyn approached him very well. He told me that his favorite part was the "swishy water" and that he wanted to go back! I was shocked! Thank you Kaitlyn!

It was my first time going to this place. However, I was appalled how Dr. Anupam was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I heard good things about him, but based on my impression about him, he was not that very professional. My teeth cleaning was below average. I felt like they only hire new employees without much experience. I saw mostly young workers, no older ones. I have talked to the person who cleaned my teeth and she said, shes been working there for almost two years, although she was very kind and accommodating. Compared to other hygienists, I have had, she is below average when it comes to cleaning my teeth, customer wise, she is excellent. They need more experienced employees in the business and more welcoming dentists with positive attitude. That is all.

My 7 year-old son was complaining about a bad toothache last week and we had to find a different dentist because of our new insurance. Thankfully we found Reflections. The dentist can be a scary place for anyone, especially children. However Reflections was so amazing that it was actually a very pleasant experience. The first thing youll notice is that the clinic is pretty and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the dentist, Dr. Gatecha is absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and patient. I could sense that he really cares for his patients. My son was very nervous going in. However he left not afraid and even asked when we can go back. Thank you for caring.

Recently had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Gatecha; he really cares that you are comfortable at all times and not in any pain, he asked multiple times if I was doing okay which was reassuring since I was nervous before coming in, but the procedure was fast and easy! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, I was contacted after my removal and asked how I was feeling and if recovery was going well and not to hesitate to call or come in if anything. Overall great staff and environment and will definitely be returning!

This is hands down the most amazing dental experience I have ever encountered . The staff are incredible and make you feel safe and well cared for. They are extremely kind and informative about your dental needs. I have to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to my wonderful hygienist and an amazing dentist (Dr. Yang). I went in to get two of my wisdom teeth pulled, and I couldnt be happier with how it went. Dr. Gatecha was able to extract both of them without me feeling any pain at all, and Im not exaggerating. The teeth I needed pulled were also in very poor condition, and I was pretty embarrassed, but no one shamed me or made me feel bad. Dr. Gatecha and the rest of the staff were all very friendly, and made the entire experience great. I will definitely be coming back.

Everyone at the office was so friendly and exceptionally accommodating. They got me in immediately on two separate occasions and did amazing work. The office was clean and inviting and a follow up call was given the next morning to insure everything was still well after the Novocaine wore off. I sense then have brought in two additional customers and was ever so happy to have recommended them. It is a ways from my home but well worth the drive. Very Pleased!

Had the best experience here! The staff is so friendly! And the place is beautiful! (: been having wisdom teeth pain for about a week now and Dr. Yang took care of everything for me! She made it such a wonderful experience! I was so afraid of the pain from the extraction but she made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and overall made me feel safe when doing the extraction. Ive already recommended this to my family and friends.

Dr Gatecha is the most knowledgeable and caring dentist I have ever had... I have got more than a dozen teeth repaired and three of my wisdom teeth were extracted. Once you are done with the treatment they make sure you feel better and incase if you have any concern they do respond very quick. I can least tolerate pain and I give him lots of trouble during treatment but still he is never hesitant.

Dr. Anupam Gatecha and Dr. Kassy Yang are amazing Dentists. They are professional and courteous. The office located in Brooklyn Park is beautiful. The receptionist working today was friendly and very helpful. They accepted my ObamaCare plan. Today I seen Reflections Dental to have a partial denture made for me. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Reflections Dental.

As a person who is very nervous around any type of dentistry, I found reflections professional yet comfortable where I will go back and have all my check-ups and any work done there. Personally my favorite was the chair that has the vibra-massage to help keep an already nervous patient comfortable. If you are looking for a place to get some work done, this is your place!

Brought both of my daughters in for an exam and cleaning....AWESOME!!!! The establishment is immaculate, the staff was very nice & helpful, and best of all, NO PAIN. We were referred to Reflective Dental Care by our insurance, so I was a little skeptical. I recommend Reflective Dental Care to everyone. Thanks Dr. Yang, well see you in six months;0)

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed at Reflections Dental Care and Dr. Garetha was amazing. I was able to be there with her for support. He was kind and caring.
