Maybe just a bad day for the front desk..? When I wend in for my scheduled appointment this morning, the woman at the front desk said, "Ew, we dont take that insurance..." I said, "Ew..? I get an Ew..?" I asked her how much an appointment was w/o insurance and she was unsure if it was 100-something or 200-something. I just walked out. I have been going to Kennedy Vision for a few years now and my wife has been going even longer and weve had good service. But its interesting to note that if you are perceived to have less value, you are treated differently.

Dr Travis is the best eye Dr I have ever had! He really looks out for your medical situation and the medical situation of your loved ones whom also visit. Medical staff are great and the staff up front really know their stuff and have the best attitudes ever. You wont go wrong here and this will be your last stop for eye care!

I started to go to Kennedy Vision in Elk River last year after I met Dr. Jesse Rossow in a networking group. My visits have been very professional, and Dr. Jesse is very thorough in his explanations of eye care. I always come away feeling comfortable about my eyes knowing that I am in good hands.
