The doctors are great but the younger techs are rude! Every time I called to ask a question or make an appointment all I got was attitude. One day my dog got cut by some barb wire when my husband was walking her. He brought my dog in to get stitched up and the tech at the front desk told him that he needed an appointment! My dog was bleeding and needed care! My husband waited in the lobby until one of the doctors walked through and asked her to see our dog. She then did. We had been customers for ten years there and have recently moved but even if I still live near there, I wouldnt take my animals to them. It was really disappointing after going to them for so long to leave on bitter terms.

We love Lakes Vet!!! My little man, Pepper, loves everyone there too. He actually gets excited to go to the Vet and hop on the scale!! The doctors and staff are wonderful and take such great care of my little man. You can tell they all love the work they do and genuinely care about the animals and their parents. Thanks to Dr. Anna, Dr. Meagan, Dr. Pete and all the other ladies at Lakes Vet for taking such great care of Pepper!!!!

I have used this vet for both emergency surgery and for neuter surgery. Both times I have been very pleased with the service and pricing. I drive an hour to bring my cats to this place! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcome and informed. I highly recommend Lakes Vet for all your pets needs!! I wish they would open a location closer to me!

Everyone went out of their way to make my pet & I feel very comfortable starting with the initial phone conversation. The Staff & Doctor were legitimately concerned about our little guy and did a thorough exam followed by a plan to treat going forward. We have finally found a Veterinarian we are happy with Thank you all so much!

Incredible customer service! The tech and vet spent a lot of time with me and my new pup answering questions, being sure I understood what was going on, giving free advice :), etc. Fantastic people. Very personable, down-to-earth, helpful. I live over an hour away, but they are my first choice for a vet.
