I had two wonderful experiences with Montana Skin Cancer. The first was a routine skin check. After checking in, I was surprised by how quickly I was taken back to my room. I saw Julie Henningsen, she was thorough, attentive and addressed all my questions. Very professional. My second experience was for my teenaged son. Late one Friday night, he mentioned a rash he had near his armpit. When I saw how raw and painful it was, I knew it needed to be addressed right away. Urgent care was already closed and it wasnt appropriate for the ER, so I used the online service and had a virtual visit. We explained symptoms, duration, etc., uploaded pictures and entered our preferred pharmacy. It was Friday at 10:30 pm and before 8:30 am on Saturday, Dr. Bruce had reviewed the info, provided a diagnosis and called the prescription to the pharmacy. I was impressed that they would utilize technology to help address urgent needs.

I had two moles removed by Montana Skin Cancer and Dermatology and both were really good experiences. I was very concerned about the removal of the mole on my chin as it was fairly large and I expected scarring. The removal was about four months ago now and I couldnt be happier with the results. Although the scar is still visible, it has faded a great deal and continues to fade. The procedures themselves were relatively painless and very fast. I followed their follow-up care directions carefully and am very pleased and happy I did it! I also felt the prices for the procedures were very reasonable. I would highly recommend and would definitely go there again for any future skin care issues. The PAs and Dr. Bruce were all great to deal with.

I have never written a review until now becasue I have never been so disappointed with a visit. Instead of Dr. Rogers addressing my concerns he handed my a few brochures and told me to read up on the subject. -obviously I had already done my own research and couldnt solve the problem or I wouldnt have paid so much money to see a specialist. What I was hoping for was a professional evaluation of my situation and instead of I received a $$$ bill for a 5 minute appointment and a few flyers with information I had already read. I could not be more disappointed in a "professional practice" and the lack of empathy Dr. Rogers has for his patients.

From a professional and personal standpoint, my experiences with Dr Aaron Bruce and his staff has left nothing to be desired. The treatment, and extra care, received by both myself and my wife over the past several years was provided with the skill, and knowledge, that gave us the confidence we needed. We could not have asked for more. Another important part of this relationship, was the very timely response given by Dr Bruce to any questions or concerns during, and following treatment.....I found this very reassuring. I do not hesitate in highly recommending the Montana Skin Cancer and Dermatology Center.

I appreciate how quickly this clinic is able to get me in. They always have openings. However, I have had a few unhappy experiences here. The doctor did not properly brief me on the side effects of some injections they gave me for an infected follicle, and I got very ill that evening because of it. Also, they were unwilling to continue my current *successful* regimen, because they deemed it "too expensive" for me . Instead, they had me go through the "break in" period with a very harsh product which did more harm than good.

We took our five-year-old here and were pleasantly surprised with the results. He had a wart-like growth on his back and the doctor was very good with him. Our boy can be quick to tears but the doctor was very good with explanations and working with our boy, letting him know if something was going to cause discomfort and what it might feel like. To our surprise, our boy hardly winced during the procedure and he handled it well. We had a very good experience here. Thanks!

I came in to have some warts frozen off. After being charged nearly $300 (nearly half of which was unnecessary office fees) I am still stuck with my warts. Sent bills to my house before even contacting my insurance company. Needless to say, Ill be looking elsewhere next time. What a disappointment!!!
