I dont understand how this office hasnt been reported to the state board yet. The manager at the Eatontown location, named PATTY, is a lazy inconsiderate B, and does not attend to patients or their needs. Its like if you ask her a question (she is the manager right?), youre bothering her precious time. How did you become a manager with a demeanor like that, and why would a legitimate practice want a bunch of rude people representing their office? This is the dentist, its already nerve wrecking to go to one (hence the name), if you cant deliver at least satisfactory costumer service skills, then go work somewhere else! The only person that worked there that was pleasant and knew what she was doing, was the dental hygienist (probably as to why she was always busy and booked with appts). A lot of the time, when you go (just for a checkup), youre sitting in the back room for 20 minutes before a nurse sees you, and then additional 20 or more before the dentist comes to check you out. Two thumbs down!!

We wish we can say we are as happy as the last review. We have had NOTHING but problems - BIG PROBLEMS - from poor bedisde manners - to being outrightly RUDE. The office staff over charges - we have been trying and trying to correct it - the office staff STILL has not corrected the matter. The district manager does not return calls or respond to letters. This dentist group is part of a whole group of dentists - like a food chain. Apprehensive Dental in Eatontown and in Shrewsberry; The Perfect Smile in Red Bank (I hear they are very "mixed up) and there are others in Union, Clifton and Secaucus. DO NOT GO TO THEM - you will be sorry. In the meantime - does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get the managements attention to call back to fix an easy problem?

RUN AWAY from this place... everybody is lazy in this place except for 1 dental hygienist. Their receptionist LISA is very rude and very unprofessional!!! They will try to do unnecessary things just to charge you. Dont bother talking to their office manager because she is not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor please dont even try to think coming to this office because you will regret.AND DONT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE ITS JUST THEM GIVING THEMSELVES A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE NO ONE WILL. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR AT ALL.!!!!

I do not understand the complaints about this place and the staff. When I went everyone was warm and friendly. Excellent chairside manners very patient and helped me to set up a plan of treatment to take care of thousands of dollars of work very easily. I recommend them to any and all people that are scared of the dentist, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

search around, im sure you will find a much better place. when this office first opened up in the late 90s i recommended them to everyone it was top-notch but as they grew they became the reprehensive patient, a total 180 from which they were, i agree with the negative reviews others have given them. i can no longer recommend them in good conscience

I have been going there for years. Dr. Kutney is the best dentist Ive ever had. Everyone there seems nice and is always friendly. Ive read these bad reviews on here and have to say I havent experienced anything like that. Sometimes the visits take a while, but thats because its a busy place.

Worst dentist of all.....STAY AWAY!!!! I am in so much more pain than when I came in.....they screwed up my simple filling so bad...do yourself a real favor and dont go here or youll be the next bad review.i wish I wouldve listened to all the bad reviews.

They refuse to do work and I lost two teeth because they are to lazy to do their jobs! I dont recommend them. And the fact that all their good reviews are from the people that work there should be a clue to how horrible they are

Absolutely horrible,they wanted to pull 4 bottom teeth out, went to a real dentist he saving all my teeth, the staff is inexperienced and the doctors I have no words for!!!! My advice staying far away from this place!!!!!!!

Place is kinda dirty. Staff is not that friendly. They dont really explain anything. Except the lady that does the cleanings, she was awesome and friendly. Only thing really going for this place is the fast service.

I will say that the place is interesting. I do not understand why you think that Lisa is the rudest person there. Her and the hygienist seem to be the nicest ones there....
