We have both a savanna and bangal under a year old that we had scheduled for check-ups; When my girlfriend arrived for the appt she explained that our F5 savannah was very skidish and would be impossible to catch. They then stated that they were trained experts. Long story short a half hour later she comes out with a bloody lip and no check up and there way of appoligizing was no charge?! Are you serious? Well of corse not because you didnt do any thing but cause her harm. So us trying to be fair we were going to be stupid enough to give this vet a second chance. My girfriend left a message to schedule an appointment to get the savannah fixed, explain our last visit, and let them know for our savannas and bengals sake for any procedures they may need to perform only sedation aloud is gas because of the rare hybrid cats ammune system. Any injection as far as sedatives would instantly kill the cats. Well with us already ify they tipped the scales when they returned our call with a counter message stating the only sedation they can do for her because she is to skidish is an injection. Jaw dropped and shellshocked I wouldnt reccomend care for an insect at this place. So with that said the so called experts that said they deal with exotics is very disturbing. With there lack of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism I couldnt trust them with a chia pet. Also we were charged $65 dollars for the first vist for a check up on the bengal and was given no information on his health at all. This place sucks.

Weve been bringing our dogs, cats, hamsters and guinea pigs to Dr. Cojocar and his staff since 1982. Weve always received professional medical consultations - and theyve always considered and fully explained treatment costs and allowed us to make our own informed decisions. Frankly, weve always tried to extend the quality life of our pets. They helped us to extend the life of one of our cats by many, many years training our family in how to treat her for diabetes with insulin injections. She lived to be about 17 years old and we still miss her, although we love our new dog (who was diagnosed with lime disease). We recommend this place heartily.

I recently rescued a barn cat that was desperatly in need of medical care. The vet was very friendly and gentle with him. He wanted to ensure that there were no complications with his shots and neutering surgery, so he made sure that all of his infections and wounds were comletely healed before hand. All of the staff members are very plesant on the phone and also in person. The waiting room is also very comfortable and larger than most vetrinarians offices. I would recommed this practice.

My animals have been patience at this hospital for over 12 years! Lately I am disappointed with the horrible care! Had an emergency with my dog and they refused to take her in! Had to find a new animal hospital! Also ladies that answer the phone are super rude! Dont waste your money at this hospital!!!

Only vet I take my 12 year old dog to. Nice, warm, friendly staff. Great Drs, clean. I board there too since my dog is a diabetic and needs shots daily. Love them. He comes home happy and hoarse.
