If there is one review youll want to read its this. I have been a patient for a few years now and today will be my last visit, that is if none of my PERMANENT crowns fall out. I have had two root canals done here by Dr. Shah and one cap has fallen off twice the other cap once. No one else in my family has had the same issue. I wonder if its because I dont have insurance that they use different materials. After each fix I was scolded that I floss incorrectly or too rough or whatever they believed. I believe it wasnt done correctly, they rushed to get me out. I went in today to have a chipped tooth fixed that fell out yet again while flossing. I wish I had received a second opinion. I advise you to always get a second opinion if you decide to use this place. The dentist was way too eager to tell me its due to a small cavity lets get you numb and fix it. After they started to numb me, not the manager but someone who works at the front desk came to run down the price for me. At this time they told me the cost of my filling plus the additional cost of my exam and cleaning which I NEVER asked for it wanted. Once I got my tooth fixed and was ready to go the doctor begins to berate me with you havent had your teeth cleaned or exam done lets schedule you. NO THANK YOU! They are so extremely pushy, including the dentists! Ive also had problems with their billing department and manager Manu. She is the worst to deal with, the nicest person they have is Joann. Manu lacks customer service skills and will charge your card without permission. She refunded me 500.00 after she calculated what my total was after the previous manager "messed up" the charts. No sooner did I get home did she call me and tell me I charged the 500.00 dollars back to your account because I made an error. There was no permission granted for her to do that let alone how she was able to keep my account information to charge me twice. When my parents wanted to talk on the phone about how she couldnt keep things in order and they wanted to talk she rudely told my father she wouldnt speak to him unless he came in to talk to her. I dont know where she learned her manners or customer service skills from. I would check your statements and think twice about making this office your regular dentist. I hope this helps even a few people.

*** STAY AWAY*** The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I signed my name in the front , i had to have one of the doctors remind the front desk staff that they had a patient waiting even when one of the staff looked at me directly in the face. As I was sitting in the waiting room, the "receptionist" asked me a question. When I walked over to the desk to provide the information requested I did not receive a thank you . I received a "that is all." What a nice way to treat a brand new patient! After I was examined by the doctor I was told that I did not need a regular cleaning but a more intense deep cleaning that my insurance does not cover. I have since then found another dentist b/c I refuse to pay franchises jacking up the price of basic care as well as help pay the salaries of rude and unprofessional staff. On a last note, I am a minority and I was raised to treat people with respect and professionalism.

Cant stand this place. Came in as emergency patient then decided to become a patient and it was the worst decision Ive made in a very long time. Manu the manager is a nasty woman who has no customer service whatsoever. She got an attitude when I asked her to go over my bill after I noticed they charged me for two different procedures to the same tooth. I am paying out of pocket for services so I wanted to make sure my bill was correct. They probably overcharge every single person since most people who pay with insurance dont bother going over their bill. I despise this office and will never give them another dime and definitely would advise everyone to go somewhere else!

I LOVE DR SHAH & THE OFFICE STAFF. IVE ALWAYS BEEN A VERY NERVOUS DENTAL PATIENT, BUT DR SHAH AND HER STAFF MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE THAT I DIDNT FEEL ANYTHING DURING MY ROOT CANAL TREATMENT. MANU THE OFFICE MANAGER IS VERY NICE . SHE EXPLAINED TO ME MY INSURANCE BENEFITS IN DETAIL & GAVE ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS . MANU HELP ME TO CHOOSE THE BEST OPTION FOR ME TO PAY MY CO-PAYS IN EASY MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL TO ALL OF MY DENTAL NEEDS.

It has been almost 10 years since I am a patient with Doctor Runjan Seth at Ac dental of Hamilton. My experience is simply fabulous with this practice. Doctor Seth is a great doctor. I trust him with all my dental needs. He is very gentle & thorough . He has great team working with him. Joanna the front desk person & Jillian the dental assistant are wonderful. I am very satisfied here and recommend for others to visit this place for their dental needs.

Today was my first visit to the office. The receptionist was making reminder calls to other clients right at the front desk so everybody could hear it. Isn't it against HIPPA? I had to wait there for 1 hour to get X-rays done. And then after the exam I was asked to wait another 15 min for an estimate. A two-hour dentist appointment for just X-rays? Not coming back!

Ive been here a couple of times now. I do not know what the previous reviewer was talking about with the "ghettto" quotes. She is probably racist. Ive had no problem with the front office and found them to be friendly and very helpful regarding my insurance coverage. Ive had a cleaning and filling done and have experienced no issues.

This place is awesome!!!. I love Dr. Shah and her staff. They are so caring. They gave me appointment right away on the same day when I called. The procedure was painless. The office manager even gave me the discount. Highly recommended place for your dental work.
