Wow what a turn around. Was considering dropping them because the customer service had been severely lacking and the personnel were beyond rude. BUT gave them another shot because they were the only ones who carried the Chemistrie option for glasses. Glad I did! The service and turn around was excellent and the assist with picking out frames was most appreciated. They have a wonderful selection of frames and services. Would recommend highly.

Went to give them my glasses to fix. My very fat cat sat on them and they snapped in four. I am going to try and give this place 5 stars because of their lovely service... but i still dont have glasses because my fat dog sat on them now. At least you know i tried to give you 5 stars.
