Do they know how to talk to patients? LOL nope. I scheduled a quick cleaning before my trip because I really needed a cleaning before I moved across the country. When I got there, they had no idea what to do with my insurance. The manager came over to help the receptionists and minutes later the manager was telling me that my dental plan was worthless and a waste of money. Excuse me? I didnt come here for your advice on my insurance, I came for a quick cleaning. The manager went on and on, talking over me when I tried to interject, until I had enough and abrasively cut her off and forcefully told her I just wanted a cleaning. She reluctantly told the receptionists what to do, and left. I get called a few minutes later and go to the exam room. Cleaning goes off without a hitch (though it was by far and away the shortest cleaning Ive ever had, suspiciously) but the dentist says barely anything to me. When the cleaning was finished, the dentist said that I should have a wisdom tooth removed soon, and then ran out of the room and made himself unavailable for any further questions. Ive never had such poor and incompetent service from any medical provider office, ever. Bottomline: Disrespectful, somewhat misinformed management that doesnt know how to talk to patients, and dentists that rush through like someone has a gun pointed to their head. Take your money elsewhere, this place isnt worth it.

Ive been going to the dental office for the past two years. The most important aspect of picking and choosing a good dental or medical provider is use of my time. I have to say, I have never been to a place when my appointment is set at 3:00pm that I am in the chair by 2:58pm. Besides for that, the staff there is very courteous and will work very hard to get you in to see the doctor. Dr. Meskin is an unbelievable dentist and he really cares about his patients you can tell this by the way he keeps in touch. I have moved to California recently, but still schedule appointments when I am back visiting family. He even keeps in touch via email to make sure my teeth and invisalign are well. Cant say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend anyone in the area to change there dentist right away.

I had broken a piece of tooth or lost a filling, back molar upper. After going to two other dentists for evaluations, one good (Bogota-out of network), one not so good (Paltac-in network), I came here to try to get a filling done in-network. Dentist #3 - ALL FAMILY Nice ladies. 1 xray, they looked in and said "ok ,we can do this". I trusted them. Little lidocaine shot, some drilling / cleaning, filling, bite down and grind a couple of cycles --DONE. Nice hands. $30 since it is in-network. I could feel the filling sticking up a little the 1st day and hoped it would compact, cure or whatever it does so that I would not notice it anymore. Day 2 - I cant tell that it is there. Tooth is normal. So I am very happy, will try to give her at least a $50 tip next visit.

My wife had a tooth cracked and went here, They told us that she needs a root canal. The insurance gives $800 to spend on dental work. This place used it all in one visit. Also I had to give them a 200 deductible. After they started to treat root canal they only did half of it. When it was done they take you in a room with the billing lady and she informed us that we will need to come back for a molding and some other work. This is when she said told me they billed my insurance and used all the funds on this one visit Also they will call you everyday and send you emails. Stay away.

I had my dental appointment today and it was a very good experience. I was nervous as always before coming to dental office, but quickly forgotten about it when I arrived. Receptionist was welcoming and very friendly, I did not have to wait for very long. My hygienist was very nice and gentle. Overall the whole ordeal took not more then 45 minutes. Office is open on weekends- which is extremely convenient, accepts most insurances and very well organized. Iwould recommend this office to everyone

I want to write this review about the amazing experience I had with Dr. Aneta DAmico at All family dental in Ridgefield park. My name is Teuta Lushi, I had an emergency tooth pain and needed root canal. She was fantastic great bed side manners very professional and caring . after she was done with the root canal I felt no more pain and didnt need any Tylenol with codine or ibuprofen. Shes worth every penny and suggest that everyone go to her.

HORRIBLE DENTIST!! Please dont come here! Ive been coming to them for a couple years and they never told me i needed any work done! Just cleanings. Still I always hated how the doctor came in did a 1 minute exam and left. I go to a new dental office and then tell me I need 7 fillings. The new office showed me on the X-rays and intra oral photos all of my decay. So I visually saw it but All family dental never said anything! horrible dentists!

Dont come here!!!! Against my better judgement I came here for a crown after reading good reviews. It fell off in 2 days! I called and they were about to close so their response was oh go to the E.R to have it cemented back on. Not how to treat customers . I ended going to a new dentist that explained the position the crown was wrong. I did get my money back . Horrible business practice- dont get anyyyyy work done there!!

You dont even feel like youre in a dentists office. The office itself is modern and verycomfortable. Worst Dental Office for Children. My daughter was terrified after leaving here. The staff was not friendly and hurt her while she was doing the x-ray. They have no patience and spend 10 minutes on you. They only want the money they dont care if you are in pain. The office manager refused to apologize for her staff. Poor service wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Family Dental Center staff is courteous and very friendly and always trying to accommodate my schedule. Center has state of the art equipment. I recommend Dr. V. Meskin and Dr. M.
