The service is okay. The deal breaker for us is when our dog had surgery. I would actually call it a hack job. Havent seen the original doctor since. Been in for two follow ups and it was a different doctor each time. Nothing like someone inexperienced doing the work, then having more inexperienced ones following up. I just want her to heal up so we can sever our ties with this place and find a real vet that is long term.... ugh. I am grieving over my bad decision mostly because it is my dog thats paying for it. Go an find the real deal and stay out of this quikee mart style business.

I felt that the service at Banfiled was ok until it got to the point where they would just keep adding things to your bill. When I first signed up for the puppy plan, I asked MANY questions, all of which were answered, but not truthfully. Even after I started seeing this trend, I would call ahead of time to get a price, and it would still not be correct information! I almost feel feel that they try to get all they can from you. The puppy plan sounds good, but be aware that there are many costs that "magically" are not part of the puppy plan. Im NOT a happy costumer at all!

This staff is absolutely wonderful. Every time I bring my dog in, they are pleasant and seem to truly want what is best for my dog. I have never had to take my pup here for any kind of major surgery, but any time I need to make a last minute appointment (like today, when my dog chewed up 10 water bottles and possibly swallowed sharp plastic), they squeeze me in and take their time to take sure my dog is well assessed. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Took my Yorkie at midnight a few months back. He was bleeding from the mouth and I thought he was choking on something. Took him to the animal ER he was taken back immediately. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. After a few minutes they came out and got a piece of nutshell that was lodged in his gums. They didnt even charge me for the visit. Great place great staff....wouldnt hesitate to visit again....

You cant trust their expertise, or their staffs awareness of the services they offer. Even though they advertise taking care of exotic pets, they dont. And though they may try to be nice and provide good customer service, they dont. Ive been going to this pet smart for 6 years and the quality of service, expertise, and people has only gotten exponentially worse.

Not only does Banfield have a reputation for actually CHOKING dogs and cats during treatment (whenever the animals owner(s) are out of the room), but they consistently lie to customers about fees and "necessary" treatments. Avoid this place if you possibly can. There are so many better vets in the Winston-Salem area!

Dr. Jackson is one of the best. She has gone above and beyond for my buddy Foster and I can never say thank you enough. The staff is so warm and friendly. You know you have a wonderful doc when your dog cannot wait to say hello to the staff!!! Thanks to everyone at Banfield for keeping my pups happy and healthy!

I truly enjoyed taking my dog to this hospital. The nurses were so nice and answered all of my questions. Their wellness plan is an amazing service and saves me tons of money. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their pets treated like family.

We have our dog Willa on the regular plan that comes with the flea and heart worm meds. Each time the doctors are excited to see our dog come in. Willa is a nervous dog but she comes out tail wagging so you know they are treating them well in the back.

Everyone was so nice, we have only been there a few times so far but they know my puppies name when we walk in the door. The puppy care plan is an easy way to pay for shots and spay or neuter. I am really glad we decided to take our Gracie here.

Dont go they dont even need a star to say how bad. They didnt want to touch my cat after the second time back because they were scared he was going to hurt them when he is a BIG BABY. Dont seem like they know what they are doing.
