Was once a patient and really like it. However I took a break and decided to come back. I had an appt last Thursday at 3:30, I arrived at 3:28. When I went to check in the receptionist was rude. She asked me who I was and I told her I had an appointment. She looked at me with the most dumbfounded look, as if I was there to trick or treat. She asked me if I had new patient paperwork, I said no and that I have not received any. She then replied well we cant see you then. I said I was not informed to bring in any paper work. I was told to bring in my insurance card. She told me she emailed it to me. I have not and still not received any paperwork. Even volunteered to give my email and password so she could check herself, even check deleted messages because I felt she assumed I was lying. So I stood there for a minute in awkward silence and then asked her if I could have the paperwork to fill out, she acted as if she wasnt going to give it to me. She asked me if I could come back the next day at 1030 in the morning, even though we just had a talk about not being able to do mornings in general. Was wanting to schedule routinely Mondays and Wednesdays around 1230 but was told the office was closed from 12pm to 3pm for lunch. I took the paperwork and went to my car irritated. I saw the doctor up front and when I got in my car, I called and asked for him. I was told he was with a patient. I replied I was sitting in the parking lot he was not with a patient as I could see him up front. I left a message. After two days of no response I left another message. It has been about a week now and still have not received a response. I was also thinking if he was with a patient, then why was my appointment time scheduled the same time as someone else, and if that was the case why wasnt I allowed the 5 minutes to fill out my paperwork while he was with another patient. I could understand not being able to been seen if i had shown up late or something but this was not the case. I have decided to look into other offices. The receptionist made it very clear that this office is well off and doesnt need any more patients. Not a great experience at all.

Amazing work is done here for our patients! From chiropractic care, therapies, decompression, Bax 3000 and Indigo Biofeedback, the Ionic Footbath, homeopathy, and therapeutic massage, I can vouch first hand for all of our services. The doctors have taken excellent care of me with naturopathic medicine and eliminated my sciatica completely with decompression and chiropractic care and therapy. And in my living with a 25 degree scoliosis, I have faith in the care I receive here to keep me going strong for the rest of my lifetime. I would highly recommend the Drs. Ormsby for total body care.

When I started with Doc Ormsby 10 years ago, I had terrible sciatic nerve pain that made it hard to function. He corrected the problem and provided me with tips for keeping the pain away in the future. Im able to maintain an active lifestyle and healthy back as a result of their care.
