As soon as we walked in my dog fell because floor was wet. Good thing she did not get hurt, but could have. There was No signage saying wet floor.. Long wait in a 4 by 4 room that was dirty and smelled. We walked out after waiting 45 min as the smell in the room plus the heat made me throw up. Still no shot for my dog. No one was even in lobby when I walked out. I highly suggest you dont make your clients wait that long and clean the rooms. Was gross. No one called to see why I walked out. Going back to my old vet even though they are 30 min away. I guess they spoiled us. Not used to dirty vets.

They dont listen to what I tell them when I bring in my kitty and information is often missing or incorrect. I had to switch to other veterinarian. They had one job, which was to write notes in my pets medical history, then get it to my insurance company. It took them many follow-up phone calls and me dropping by randomly to get it done...over 37 days after the initial request. And its still a incomplete medical history. I even gave them 4 pages of my own detailed observations from when I first adopted my cat. Im done with them.

Love , love , love this place. One of the most accommodating and respectful veterinarians I have ever met. I also work for a dog rescue and had experiences with a lot. Hands down the best we have ever dealt with. Not to mention the amount of time and services that he donates to all of the different dog rescues out there. Truly wants to make a difference in an animals life and not in it for the money. It speaks volumes for the character of him and his staff.

Dr Ramsay is the best. My dogs been going for 7 plus years. Dr Ramsay is so nice and loves animals the whole staff is nice and great too
