First off- is this place a rich and fancy place with plush chairs and lattes?...NO!!! I will tell you what this place is though- it is a place dedicated to providing LOW-COST services to people who do not have the means to pay $300 for a spay, and $200 for vaccines. This is a place where when you are in a pinch, if they can help you and your pet- they will. This is a place of hard working, dedicated, and yes- probably tired people (God knows I would be)...who are only there to offer a sorely needed service in a lower income area- that desperately needs it. To the person that commented on location- Im sorry...I didnt realize only wealthy pets and pet owners deserve to have vet services in their area. I think Pet Solutions is located in an invaluable place- that allows people easy access to much needed, low cost, vet services. To the person that made the "cow" comment (other than the fact that you should be ashamed of yourself for making fun of people...pretty sad)- I was just there tonight and all of the staff had been there since 8am...it was 9pm when I left. So you know what- God forbid the vet may have taken a minute one day to finish her lunch in her car. The vet and her staff are caring people who always put the needs of my animals before their own. My story- I went in and needed quick services for two puppies I was fostering. Even though they were totally swamped, it was Friday at 8 pm, and they were ready to go home soon- they saw my puppies and took care of all of their needs. You would be hard pressed to find that kind of customer service anywhere!!!! So if you go- expect to maybe wait a minute, expect them to be busy, but know that if you need them- they will take the time to help you out!! So remember all that they have done and maybe be a little less pushy, and a little more appreciative for people that do everything they can to help- for VERY low prices. THANK YOU PET SOLUTIONS!!!!!

Amazing. The low cost for regular appointments is literally 1/8 of the lowest price you will find in this city. And what is more remarkable is that EVERY Wednesday, they have their normal office hours, and then at 5pm, they hold a lot cost clinic, where they waive the office visit cost. You have all day until about 5:15 to show up, and put your name in the list, and it wont matter how many people show up, they stay until every last pet on the list is seen. There is two women who run the entire operation, as well as a few receptionists. The vet and a vet tech. The vet is very direct, she wont skate around an issue to protect your sensitive feelings. She has made me cry. Twice. But its because I was overfeeding my dog, and it didnt matter that I did it cause it made my dog so happy, it was going to let to health problems. The other time was because my dog felt she was alpha, because I catered to her, I didnt know I was causing my dog to have unnecessary anxiety and fear. She can detect these issues after a 3 minute conversation, but never just rules based on instincts. She conducts tests, and uses proven scientific theories and up to date technology to confirm. So you wont lose any skill or ability due to losing the $100s of dollars most vets will charge I cannot sing praises to these women enough. If it werent for their services, Id never be able to provide care to the numerous rescue animals I take in. Especially, would not have been able to afford to properly treat the rescue puppy that was sick with pneumonia, bacterial infection and mange, who became my forever dog.

This low cost spay/nueter clinic also offers a shot clinic and other basic pet care. The Vet is highly skilled and very well trained, and extremely intelligent. She and her staff are also very, very busy and sometimes dont have the time time or the patience to set work aside to come back to it. So often times, you have to wait at the counter, let them capture their paperwork and get things written down, because there are no computers, printers, hard drives, etc. Depending upon their surgery and appointment schedules, they try very hard to see 25 patients a couple of Wednesday nights a month for a low cost pet shot clinic. The Vet does shots and check ups and ears, etc. Sometimes they have to see less than 25 patients, but they do their best. They try very hard to see what they can with the resources they have available. They are very overworked, come in contact with hundreds of people and pets a month and so you can imagine, they dont have Hilton quality accomodations, but they are kind and loving and caring and have helped me care for fostering pets I could not otherwise afford for 10 years. Be patient, be kind, and be thankfully humble. This Vet is a gift to our community. If you have a sick animal, read the signs so you dont get others sick. If you have a puppy, keep it in your arms out of contact with others, for the safety of your puppy. Keep your puppy off the parking lot even as other dogs sit there when waiting for the clinic.

Good with Dentistry and cheap cost work is the reason people are posting positive remarks; However, when Dr. Bellamy gets comfortable with her customers she will snap and have a nasty attitude. Her vet techs and receptionist sometime have a bad attitude because they are in the office early and Dr. Bellamy is so lazy that when you drop your pet off between 9:00 and 10:00 as advised even when she only has 1 to 3 surgeries Dr. Bellamy may not arrive until after 3:00 pm I know I have been there many times so when you are told to pet up your pet by 6:00 pm or 7:00 and they tell you they are not ready she may be still doing the surgery but they will tell you your pet is still sleep. You just may not have experienced what I am telling you yet so you may say oh thats not true. There was one customer that told me her Dog got Parvo after visiting Dr. Bellamys office thank God I have not had that problem. Dr Bellamy need to get off her butt and clean the office as it smells of a heavy urine odor. Where there is odor are germs and bacteria and I cough and sneeze when I go in the front office rather than burn a candle clean that office up. Dont forget that the way you treat your customers will get around Dr Bellamy change your Nasty Attitude and stop talking to customer the way you think you can..

Nine times out of ten, it is the customer that is not happy that leaves the review. Many positive reviews and comments go unnoticed. I am not trying to bash this business or tell the community not to go here. I went here because I heard countless great things about this establishment. Specifically about the vet being very courteous, caring, and passionate towards her work, which I am sure is true. The prices here are also unbeatable. The only reason we did not choose to go here was because of the receptionist. She was unbearably rude and negative. She made the entire visit uncomfortable. While scheduling my appointment, she was very irritated with every question I asked. Regardless, I scheduled the appointment. Pretty frustrated, I left. I literally had no answers to any of the key questions I think any pet owner would have asked before having their pet go into a surgery. I drove straight to my regular vet, and scheduled the same surgery. When I called Pet Solutions to cancel my appointment, the same receptionist answered and asked why I was cancelling. I was honest and told her that I thought she was very rude. She then hung up on me. I cannot emphasize this enough, I HAPPILY paid three times as much at my regular vet for the same procedure.
