Got recommended by the person we got our puppy from. Waiting in the lobby for almost 1 HOUR to see the vet who spent less than 5 minutes with the puppy, then after telling him that she has been having very liquid poop. we were told she was 6 week the paperwork says 10 weeks, but she is very small for her breed, lab/piitt bull the entire litter must of been. He didnt really want to do anything else but give some medicine on a half guess. After asking if it was needed, not wanting to drug our fur baby for no reason, he said well no i guess not but i cant think of anything else. Google answered the question about the new food and her stomach getting used to it. Staff was nice but the customer services was deplorable at best. Will not be going back.

I spent a half an hour on the phone with the receptionist going over the plans for my kitten. I filled the paperwork out the night before, which was available on the website. When I went in the next day for the surgery for my kitten they did a hard sell. The price was 150.00 over what I was told, the receptionist/vet tech kept referring my female cat to a male. They asked me to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out. My cat had nothing to ear or drink all night. I did what was asked of me. Their concern was not my animal, it was money. I understand that its a business but communication should be the priority. This wasnt a used car deal.

We recently took our 11 year old dog here because he lost his appetite, was throwing up, losing strength, etc. Turns out we had to put him down. The doctor was very straightforward about what he thought would be best, but he was also very kind and sympathetic. We took him home, and brought him back the next day to be put to sleep. They let us have as much time with him as we needed before and after the procedure. They gave us privacy when we needed it. They gave us tissues. They were very informative and answered all our questions.

My family and I have been taking our pets here since I was a little girl. My experiences here since I have been taking my own dogs, have been fantastic. They really do care about the animals and will work with you if you are worried about the cost! This place has been a Godsend in times of need for our dogs!! I would highly recommend this place! I have seen all of the veterinarians at one time or another and they are all great!

I love this place My dogs go here and the vet is so nice.I took my dog here she was really sick and the vet said he could not let me take her home knowing she would probably not make it a week. He did emergency surgery on her and let me make payments. I have never been to an animal hospital that treated me this good. So dont listen to those negative comments.

Excellent care....progressive approach....friendly and welcoming team. We had been taking our dog to another practice and for years they were unable to diagnose an ongoing allergy/rash/unknown reason to develop skin irritations. MT Pleasant animal hospital was able to treat effectively and we have not had a recurrence of the rash since then.

came home to find our 11 year old chihuahua with a prolapsed uterus.... Our vet was closed Fortunately Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital said to bring her in and they would work with us on the payment.... Dr. Hill was great and very kind... I would recommend them to anyone... Great people with alot of love and care for what they do

Was in and out in less than hour! I had less than desirable circumstances acquiring my current fuzz ball, but the Dr. and staff were very helpful in sorting everything out and making sure Wednesday stays healthy! The price was very fair. Definitely enjoyed my experience.

I have taken both of my dogs here and have always had great service! I have never wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. They have helped my dogs with knee problems, nuetering, intestinal parasites and always took great care of them with no complications.

Weve been taking our various dogs and cats there since approximately 2005. Wonderful, competent, caring people who perform great works with reasonable prices. I couldnt ask for more from a veterinary staff to take care of all our furbabies.

I know it seems crowded at times but while youre waiting if you look around youll realize its Controlled chaos. Theyre doing a fabulous job theyre so great everybody wants to be first. Including me. Be patient
