We stopped going there a couple of years ago, we like Dr. Anthony, but Erica is a huge disappointment! We always felt we knew almost as much as she did! She always said she had to "look it up"....we can do that on the internet! We switched to another doctor but recently (due to ins. problems) we went back there! We KNEW we would NOT be seeing Erica, and were glad that Dr. A had hired two new PAs. They are still a bit slow to return phone calls and knowing it is a busy medical practice we try to be patient, but when your child (grown or not) is in pain, it is hard to feel like they really care! We will give them some time to see if we just hit them during an extremely busy week, but if we dont get the sense that they CARE in the near future, our search for the "nearly" perfect physician will continue! Once again, we think Dr. A himself is super and hubby, who hates most docs likes him for his doctor, but a doctor can only continue to be perceived great if his staff is above average too!

Called this morning to get an appointment for my sick daughter. No such luck, I can never began appointment. I usually end up at The ER or Urgent Care. The Doctors are great! Office staff not so much! The lady answering the phone put me on hold for a while and when she did get back to me she was rude! Almost like I was inconveniencing her. My son has been a patient for 6 years now, my daughter for a year. Sadly I will be looking for a new Dr for my children. Tired of the horrorable staff and NEVER able to get an appointment. I cannot always make it for walk-in hours.

I never had a problem with the Dr. or staff, but he sent my husband to a dr. that killed him. Dr. Anthony wrote out his death certificate as coronary art. disease...how would he know that...especially if he never contacted us as to what my husband was doing prior to his death...The Dr. at Mercy emergency said it was probably a pulminary embolisin, or blood clot...Why didnt he put that on cause of death??? As a result my life is forever changed...All these Dr.s do is cover up for each other...Try to find one that doesnt do that...good luck with that...

I usually see his PA, Erica. She is wonderful! I never feel rushed through my appointment, they always take time to be thorough. I have moved and my home is 40 minutes away from the doctors office. I refuse to get a different care provider because it has taken so long for me to find a place like this. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. AND they have walk-in hours every day for patients that are sick - thats hard to find anymore!

Excellent Doctor and he has a great PA as well. We never wait long and this office has extremely flexible hours. Most importantly, we never feel like he is rushing through us to get to his next appointment. He is thorough and really offers outstanding medical advice based on research and his studies. You will be happy!

Robin the office manager is the only reason I still attend this practice she is the only one who will make stuff happen Ive attended this practice for 13 years and have seen dr Anthony 3 times because hes always so "busy"

Absolute worst follow up and service from this office over several years. Thought joining KHN would help but hasnt. Dr Anthony is a great dr but the office is ran so Terribly we have to find a new PCP.
