The one star is for the lovely assistants who work at this office, otherwise my experience there was horrible. First my dog (who was very itchy) was diagnosed as "allergic to fleas" (which he did not have). $57 office visit, $35 shampoo for skin rash (available for under $20 on Amazon) antibiotics (for rash) and steroids plus Revolution $240 total office visit. One month later, follow up visit,it was a different vet which I was not aware of until she walked into the exam room., $57 office visit, did nothing, still itchy, out of steroids, still on antibiotics,suggested allergic to corn, advised change food and go through $240 worth of allergy tests. (The previous visit I was advised that allergy tests were expensive and usually inconclusive.) Was so desperate to make my dog comfortable, I went against my instinct and went back for a 3rd visit. Explained to Dr. Buck that the expense was concerning to me and that I really needed to resolve the issue with my dog. I informed him of some research I had done on my own which was not acceptable to him. He proceeded to examine my dog, found an ear infection and did a skin scraping test. All to find out that his "allergy" was a "yeast infection" which is made MUCH worse by antibiotics!!! Which they had put him on for TWO MONTHS!! My last visit there was November of last year, after another $240.00 (I was NOT informed how much the tests he was doing were costing me), my poor dog is still suffering. The yeast infection is still plaguing him and much worse. I was extremely unhappy with this clinic, will NEVER go back there. I am researching a more holistic approach. Money aside, the misdiagnosis caused his problem to be much, much worse. The facility there is state of the art and I guess I helped them make their mortgage payment..........

I visited this clinic today for the first time. Unfortunately, my dog needed to be euthanized due to being very sick and surgery was not an option for us. Everyone was very caring and gentle with my dog. I really appreciate how caring and respectful everyone was in an emotional situation. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and will definitely take my animals here in the future. Thank you so much!

I love this vet clinic. The staff is awesome and so friendly. They offer a very personable relationship knowing my pets name and me the minute I call. They really go above and beyond to make sure my dogs are healthy. In any situation they always make sure everything is well explained and they work with you on payment options. I would recommend this vet clinic to all my friends!

Just noticed they are listed here twice, so figured I would leave the same review here as well. Been taking our dogs to Dr. Buck for 5 years now. Hes very thorough and takes his time with you. Hes not the cheapest, but he genuinely cares about the animals. Big stickler on dental prevention.

Do not take your pet here unless you are willing to spend an arm and a leg. They take very good care of your animals. They do however want to refer to specialists if they do have a problem. I am not for that kind of thing but if you are these are the people to go to.
