Ive worked here for a long time and this is my experience from this place....I worked for stupid people but people I really liked are sarah and terra they are housekeepers that clean the offices sometimes rooms...christa which was my supervisor she turned into being a great friend and coworker as well Malia or Marry she works in the kitchen and Stephanie and Erica those 3 are my favorite they hired some housekeepers that dont clean well at all but cant say names ...see there are rooms that dont get cleaned as well as they should be and then there are super clean rooms but you will have that anywhere its really not a bad place to go to when youre sick or have to have surgery it just sometimes needs a bit more attention is all I feel its not a place I want to take my family to but thats me people are rude and people are nice everyone is different and have different experiences but for me this isnt the hospital for me to go to but as an ex-worker for here Id say good luck if you want to work here because there will be alot and I mean alot of drama but my only advice is to not say anything or let anything slip because nobody can be trusted no matter how close of friends you become with them they will still feed off of attention and drama just saying

Well it must have been a long time the last time someone has posted anything for this hosp. lets start from the beginning, first took about 25 mins to get into a room when the site said that there is only a 5 min wait, then when i got into a room get a nurse that tried to take my bp, 2 times and the monitor never gave a reading, he asked me if i was flexing my arm to give it a bad reading, i told him he should try the other arm, all this when i was in alot of pain (kidney stone) and with in the hour that i got meds (toradole & zofran) never seen the rn again. never had me sign auth for treatment to cap it all, i had to track down the rn to have him take the iv out of my arm after 1 hour in the room, and guess what still no bp was taking, asked to take the iv out and was told he cant do that, i advised that i would do it if he would not, that prompted him to remove it and let me know that i would be still sitting in the waiting room if i had went to another er. that we my visit to this hosp, i will never forget it.

This is by far the worst and I mean worst hospital, and staff I have ever encountered! I went in for a colon ocsopoy 4/17 and first off I encountered the rudest in take person I ever have, so I decided to give her back what she gave me!! Let alone I never received a privice act statement, but she dang sure violated it! Im in this business and I will tell you what, these people need to be gone from this hospital!! Theres no way they should be keeping their jobs! I kept over hearing the only 2 nurses ion the endoscopy unit say how much they were over worked and that they need to hire more people, but Community was to cheap to do so??? Ah yeah that concerns me!! They were rough with me and I came out of this with pain, and bruises I didnt have before I went in!! I respect my doctor, but I will never ever go to this deplorable place agin!

Upon walking in, I wasnt greeted. I was stared at with the look of, "What do you want?" I had to actually speak first. I wasnt told anything at all. Just ok. About five minutes later, I was called back to fill out paperwork and sign documents needed. Another five minutes or so, Im informed it will be, at least, another hour before Im seen. Two hours before Im able to go back to my doctors office, of which Ill have missed the appointment for the doctor that sent me here. I was originally told It should be only 10 minutes before getting my scans started. That obviously didnt happen. The staff are curt, aloof, and lack compassion for the patients that are in pain. I would never recommend this place. If your doctor sends you here, I strongly recommend asking for an alternative practice.

I went in for a simple pain reducing procedure and had some complications. I had to return to the Er the following night and they were awesome! They got me right in and didnt hesitate to do what was needed. I was admitted and well cared for. I have several food allergies which can make it difficult to provide food but they went above and beyond to make sure I could have food. The nurses were very attentive and the staff was very good about keeping things clean. If I was out of my bed for more than 10 mins I would come back to find my sheets had been changed and my room cleaned up. The staff was always cheerful and never complained about their jobs. Whatever they are doing they need to keep in place because it works!

I went to this hospital out off convenience but never again. I was there five days at one point nurse was handing me pills after giving me the very lg. Cup of ice water. She knocked it out of my hand then stood there holding pills while i was drenched in ice and water. She didnt even move to help just stood there waiting. Business office is even worse i filed appeal to have the remainder of my bill erased due to job loss after illness now a year later 3-4 attemps at filling out paperwork an sending tax copies they tell me over an over we never recieved paperwork. I even went in an handed it to them in person. Ive never written a bad review but i think this place needs to be seen for what it is.

Very professional and very caring. All the nurses (RNs & LPNs) kept us informed, gave medications on time, treated our family and our daughter, the patient very well. The nurse techs were very good at their jobs. The housekeepers kept the room clean and the nurses were always there when we needed them. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. We thank you to all the staff even at the admitting area and cafe staff. Everyone was great. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Maitino you helped me years ago when no one else would; again I have a meniscus tear on my left knee, knee is locked and very swollen PAST THE ANKLE INTO THE FOOT, I cant get thru your staff to even get an appointment to see you OR ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE. please HELP ME DR MAITINO~~ANYONE HELP ME.I REMEMBER HOW WONDERFUL YOU ALL WERE MANY YEARS AGO. HELP ME, CALL ME, WRITE ME, HELP ME....PLEASE-ANYONE??????

This is the 3rd time Ive been to this hospital. And now my last. Employees here are rude, they wait times are ridiculous. I usually only go to st. Anthonys south. I love it there but came here because of lack of gas and no money the day before pay day. Never again. Id rather walk the usual 15 minute drive to st Anthonys. At least I know I wont be there for longer than an hour. (Waiting on hour number 3 here)
