Dr. Randall and her staff are so attentive and caring! When we brought our dog, Guinness here, he was diagnosed with every allergy (but food) under the sun, and Dr. Randall created a treatment plan to get his allergies under control, which has worked! The three times that Guinness has had a surge in allergies, shes made herself available last minute -- even during her lunch hour! -- just to make sure hes okay. Her level of consideration and dedication is unusual, even for vets who love animals. We drive 40 minutes just to receive her incredible care. Our boy is worth it!

Dr. Randall is FANTASTIC! My Shorkie suffers from over 40 allergies. I went to a popular chain vet and they diagnosed her with only two allergies in error! Dr. Randall tested my dog, observed her and created a specific immunotherapy treatment just for her. She is still having some issues but she is much better off. Her skin infections have decreased and so has her itching. I highly recommend Dr. Randall as she is very caring and will make time for a crazy dog owner. The staff is also very responsive and efficient.

As a Westie owner, allergies come with the experience. After failing my first two Westies, I discovered Dr. Randall who developed a serum for my new dogs. They have reacted wonderfully to the serum and one of my dogs, who is famous for breaking with staph twice a year, hasnt broken with it for 1 1/2 years. Relief!

While my initial meeting seemed excellent the antibiotic that she prescribed wasnt tolerated by my dog. She refused to address this and instead told me to go to my general vet. My dog died. She was irresponsible as the prescribing vet. Not ethical.
