The Portland Clinic in Beaverton has horrible customer service if you can even get them to answer their phones in the first place! The front desk women are very nasty and not helpful. They wont even transfer you to a medical assistant to talk about a health issue. They say they can handle the question themselves. Are you a certified medical assistant? Dont think so. The doctors are rarely available for appointments and dont have any sort of "schedule" so you are not able to plan in advance. Tried to get in with a doctor but was put on hold for over 20 minutes TWICE (they hung up the first time) and then when i did get ahold of someone they said if i had to cancel and go to urgent care (if my cough got worse and i couldnt wait for the doc) they would charge me a full appointment even if i gave notice. STAY AWAY!

Excellent Clinic, have been going to Portland clinic for 53 years since I was 16 and I am now 70. My mother was also a patient since then and recently passed away at 97. She followed the doctors and specialist recommendations religiously. What I like about the clinic is the vast number of specialists and also the various labs, like blood and xray. This is a "one stop shop" for my health needs. I like the fact that they take my Providence Medicare Insurance too. They also have an excellent emergency center in Tigard. They just recently added their records to a new nationwide database so wherever I go the data is available. My dad was one of Portland Clinics first patients in 1922. I highly recommend this clinic, they have kept me healthy while 14 of our friends have passed away under the age of 70.

Awful drs that absolutely dont care about you or your family. Dr dassuesa treats women like there garbage. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Took them a week to get a simple test done, wouldnt tell me over the phone if it was negative or positive wouldnt tell me in person, mailed it to me a week later, after my illness got worse, and wouldnt give me a drs note for the time I missed work when sick bc I was waiting for my test results and getting sicker by the day. Went to another clinic, was helped in 10 mins all questions answered, note signed, and medicine given. Dont trust the ppl here, they dont care about you or your family

Ive went here as a child and never noticed an issue other than long wait time that exceeds my scheduled appt. time. Once I transitioned from pediatrics to adult physician, they had seemed to loose my files. Once they "found them", they let me know there was nothing on record al this was years about my issues that Ive been dealing with and that I basically have to start fresh. I was very upset as throughout my childhood Ive been having random stomach issues and that nothing was noted or kept on file for me to prove to them somethings wrong and needs to be recognized. Ive been hesitating to go back to this place now. Very disappointed.

My usual pediatrician Id Dr. Onea she is amazing and thats why I am giving a high review. Unfortunately I had to experience an emergency appointment with Dr. Olmer for my daughter. After she gave her diagnosis that my daughter was fine, all I asked was if we should bring my baby back in for a follow up appointmen. She grew very impatient with me and threatened that if I question her diagnosis again then shes going to send my daughter to the er. She came off very impersonal, rude and condescending. I gave no idea how someone with that sort of temperament is allowed to work in the child healthcare industry.

Their opthomology department is awful in all aspects. They scheduled me wrong multiple times. When I come in on the days they tell me after I reschedule I still wait for hours. Doctor wrote me the wrong contact prescription, they took 2+ months to deliver contacts. They worst one is when I got pink eye misdiagnosed it as viral, rather than bacterial, prescribed $250 dollar off insurance cream, then I had to come in again, and get the antibiotics I asked for the first time after it lingering for 2 weeks. Shouldnt be in practice. From doctors to staff no one cares at all.

There is nothing personal about this place... Unfortunately you start to feel like a number pushed around from department to department (transfer here, go there before going to another area type of thing) Once you finally get an appointment set you get automated phone calls to have you go see your doctor every 6 months which can be nice if you need those reminders. Although, its a frustrating process to even schedule your appointment with the operator and scheduling department. I feel that it is too big of a facility to had a personal touch with its clients.

Extremely unhelpful, unreliable, and unprofessional. My family previously had insurance through Kaiser so we were used to online capabilities, knowledgeable and friendly advice nurses, doctors and receptionists who responded quickly and took the time to provide the best and most efficient service in all cases. The clinic itself has a very cold and unappealing feel to it. Seriously, explore other options available to you if you can, DO NOT GO HERE.

On my first time visit found the place very pleasant with friendly, helpful staff. They got me in and out relatively quick. Asked and documented very detailed questions relating to my health background. Very efficient and modern, clean facility but cheerful with plenty of natural light. My old prescription from previous doctor was immediately renewed upon my request. All in all very satisfied. Thank you.

I was referred to Dr. Palla for chronic migraines, and she was very nice about explaining diagnostics and possible treatments with me (especially considering that I get extremely anxious with doctors). She recommended an MRI to rule out any neurological problems and then tried several medications until we found a combination that worked for me. Staff was also very helpful and nice when I went in for the MRI.

I have been going to this clinic for many years and have always had great service. Except for the dermatologist, I am always able to get in quickly and Dr. Bates has always been quick to order all the needed tests he felt where important for me. I have also been to the Tigard location for various reasons and the doctors there are great as well. I highly recommend them for high quality care.

Every time Ive gone to this clinic I sit in the exam room for at least 45 minutes before Im seen by my doctor who has seemingly no bedside manner whatsoever and always seems to be in a rush. Im literally sitting in the exam room right now and Ive just hit tje 45 minute mark. I used to go to the Vancouver Clinic before I moved, they were far superior in every way.

This is a large building with a collection of smaller offices offering a variety of medical services. Its hard to review the larger clinic as a whole, but in can say the few doctors Ive personally interacted with have been helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and listened to me. Especially the pediatricians.

Dr. Summer Lam is AWESOME! Very thorough, took her time, I was able to schedule within two days of calling in as a new patient. I really appreciated her level of service, along with that of The Portland Clinic in general. Its nice to go in for a routine exam and not feel like just another number in line.
