At first I thought I was placing my pitbull in good care, however after spending close to over 2000.00 to have a reoccurring issue keep returning. After the first few visits I should have seems the signs of major incompetence and lack of willingness to properly diagnose an issue. My 4 year old pit bull started urinating blood, after they put him on antibiotics and steroids for a skin infection. They kept telling us it was a UTI and kept prescribing expensive antibiotics. Well turns out one of his kidneys had been bleeding. I cant be angry at this clinic and dr Mcnabb for a misdiagnosis. However, I am not happy that they blatantly falsified a lot of medical records and I have the paperwork to prove that they did so. I wish Dr. Mcnabb would have been honest with me at the beginning about the issue being beyond his scope of expertise, instead of lying and accessing my bank account. Another issue I have is the customer service and professionalism of the staff. I have spent a lot of money here on special urinary care dog food that I buy every 3 weeks, and the staff are not very attentive and struggle using office equipment. I have heard the staff cuss and swear while dealing with my pit, which is very well mannered. I have seen overall bad bedside manner from many different staff members. Who knows maybe they are better off caring for small dogs and cats. As a small business owner, I would not recommend responding to this review. You have lost me as a customer due to incompetence and blatant dishonesty.

One time I ran out of u40 insulin needles and couldnt get to my vet so I went here as they were close. They were nice enough to just sell me a few as I had an order on the way. Today I had a similar issue and was told I had to buy a box of 100 for $45! They can be bought for almost half that online and while I dont expect them to be the same as online I was shocked at the exorbitant markup for a medical necessity. I am looking for a closer vet and they are of my list. At least the lady was nice but there was no sympathy there or the desire to just help someone out in a bind.

Took my boxer in with a leg injury knowing I was going to have to spend a lot of money very nice people very nice place excellent Vet only paid $135 amazing I would definitely come back and I have posted it on social media what an excellent place excellent Vet Dr Shelly hill you are amazing thank you so much for your compassion and very fast service

I have taken all of my animals to Dr. McNabb for the last 10 years and would never go anywhere else. He has helped me through losing 2 of them. He is always very thorough and attentive to any question or symptom and truly cares for animals and their owners.
