I have had good and prompt care at this facility, and I have also been treated like a junkie at this facility (I am not BTW. I know, I know "thats what they all say"). The last time I took my baby there, he was misdiagnosed & sent home, after receiving treatment. So they DID try. But he is was A LOT sicker than they thought. Moral of the story- dont take small children to KSMC ED- go to Dorenbecher. Its always clean. The staff are usually nice. Theres a cafeteria and coffee cart on-site. Regardless, if you have to go to the hospital youre not having a good day & I wish you the best.

Go here instead of Providence. The doctors, nurses and other staff actually care about you at kaiser and arent judgmental.
