My husband ran an oyster knife through his hand in July 2015, at Dillon Beach. We specifically looked up an urgent care and found this one. We were concerned he might need antibiotics from the shellfish to hold him until we got home to see his PCP. Upon arrival he completed "urgent care paperwork." The doctor gave him a tetanus immunization, squeezed on his hand and sent him home. We received a bill that included "pain medication administration" among other things, including an entirely separate bill from the numbscull physician- totalling well over $1,000. When we tried to fight it with our insurance- first for the fact the bill had completely falsified data on it, and then for the fact that the bill we received was an Emergency Room Hospital Bill for Santa Rosa Memorial, we were denied. At this point I am not only disgusted with the system, but this facility, along with our insurance company and frankly tired of the lack of transparency in the medical billing industry un general. I will be calling local media outlets and likely hiring an attorney to fight this. But if you are looking for an urgent care DO NOT GO HERE your Emergency Room rates and deductibles will apply because they are publicly lying and stating they are urgent care. Not to mention because of the lack of care received my husband has permanent nerve damage in two of his metacarpals.

Billing nightmare. They used the wrong billing codes, billing as hospital not urgent care. Furthermore there were two separate billing entities, the doctor and the facility. The doctor billed from out of state, compounding the problem (out of state coverage is different). What should have been a simple visit to xray a bone turned in to a year and a half billing nightmare. I even got sent to collections! They refused to change the billing codes to reflect the services provided, and my insurance said that they were also unable to change the codes. I was ready to take legal action because to me it seemed like billing fraud, but luckily my persistance paid off and I eventually it got covered.

I went to this urgent care for an on going ear problem. The staff was very personable yet maintained a professional attitude. I was warned about the charges before I was examined, probably due to the fact that I dont have insurance. They may not have disclosed the charges to Bill because he does have insurance. I went ahead anyway because I dont really have another choice. But, I was told that if I set up a payment plan, 40% of my bill would cease to exist. I was seen in an extremely timely manner, and my problem has been solved. The nurses were so very kind, gentle, and very informative. I recommend this Urgent Care due to the staff, the wait time, as well as the convenience of the facility.

I went to there facility for an ear infection. They made a mistake with my prescription giving me an antibiotic that I was alergic to. The doctor called me and disclosed the mistake and then issued a new prescription. When I Later received my bill it was for $313.00 (for a fifteen minute doctor visit). My insurance company would not cover all of this charge so I will have to pay $130.0 dollars out of my pocket. I asked the billing department why they cant disclose there prices when you ask them there front desk at the clinic, they said they were not allowed to. Now I can see why, dont go there

I have only ever paid $20 for an urgent care visit through other hospitals, but here the way they did their billing I had to pay $20 twice, once up front and then two months later I received a bill. They said I was charged a hospital bill and a bill for the physician, which seems like BS and does not make sense to me since this is an outpatient facility, and the physician saw me for 5 seconds and then I had to sit there for 20 mins while he wrote up 3 prescriptions for me to go pick up. I would advice against going here, it is a time and money suck.

They closed before 7. Yes, it was 6:55pm but its said 7-7; so thats what it shld be. When I kept knocking the staff pretended not to hear me and 1 guy smirked while *really* looking at his phone while the lady behind the counter who had her purse, sweater and keys in hand pretended to look at papers. LAME. Youre there for the sick, not yourselves. Remember the oath? Disgusting

I paid it though but they again sent the same bills in different names !!!! 1st bad experience and I think I would not go urgently any more . Bye bye at Joseph clinic for bad experience!!

Bait and switch. St. Joseph Urgen Care touts itself as an urgent care but bills as an emergency room. Most health insurance providers interpret St. Josephs bills as an emergeny room visit which is usually mean a much higher copay for the insured. Double check with your provider before coming here!

Staff was polite and very sweet to my daughter who was feeling unwell. We were seen quickly and got Lab results within 45 minutes of arriving. We were here on a Saturday and was not very busy at all. Almost no waiting time. Would recommend if you need urgent care

I rated this before but was rating another st Joseph facility by mistake. I have gone here twice with my husband. Both times they sent us on to Memorial. Couldnt afford it if I was paying out of pocket like most of us are now days. wasnt impressed w the docs

Brought my son here after he had cut off part of his finger, and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Worst experience ive ever had with health care. Stay away if you value kind and helping staff, they are nowhere to be found here

Wonderful staff and Doctor. They were great with my 7 year old and because her illness was viral, Dr. West prescribed meds for the pain instead of antibiotic. The wait was long, but I guess thats to be expected with an urgent care.

We were seen immediately for a serious leg abrasion. The doctor worked meticulously to repair the injury, and was successful. The staff were professional and friendly. The atmosphere was conducive to health and healing.

They are very rude and look as if they are in a bad mood. They dislike that people dont speak English. Worst urgent hospital took about 2 hours and came out that there were no rooms available never coming here again.

DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT FROM THIS HOSPITAL, UNLESS, OF COURSE, YOU WANT TO END UP BAILING YOURSELF OUT OF THE SONOMA COUNTY JAIL FOR TRESPASSING BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO LEAVE WHICH WAS BASED ON ALL BULLSHIT.

Staff is fairly nice and competent, however, they said they would fax some documents to my primary Dr that weekend, and over 2 weeks later, still nothing.

Rude and uneducated people. They are more worried about your insurance than your well-being. Ill definitely be staying away from this place.

Have been here often due to recurring UTIs and other issues. Staff are very helpful and Medi-cal covers the service, if you have it.
