Im a new client and loved this small friendly place. The staff works with you if you are the type that is on a budget. I mean H & H will recommend options, but they as well will help you do a process of elimination of all the additives that you dont necessarily need right away. H & H doesnt force anything extra on you, but they will voice their concerns regarding your animal(s) since H & H are a licensed practice in the field of Veterinary care and I am not. They are community based and care for their clients and their animal(s), unlike those bigger conglomerates, who always try to push more and more on you with all the additives just so they can squeeze more out of your pocket. H & H can also help you to set up any payment plans if needed. The bigger conglomerates really dont have any payment plan options and if they do it would be for their own collections department.

The emergency exam costs $65 even if its the first. Avoid bringing pets with a broken bone here. We were told via the phone they could repair our kittens broken leg. However, H & H provides no solution nor surgery for broken bones. Xray costs 138. Buprenorphine is 67.32. I paid $270.32 along with 2 hours of my life to hear their staff say, "search for an Orthopedic." Save your time and money, go to a real animal hospital for emergencies. On top of this. It took H&H more than 50 minutes after the initial 2 hours to send the Xrays to my email for the Orthopedic. My wife and I went back in there twice to remind them about it. I strongly recommend Santa Clara Animal Hospital. They successfully performed surgery and repaired the broken leg for our kitten. Plus free post surgery X-Rays and check ups. The appointment cost is less pricey as well.

We went here for our new puppy evaluation, comped by the seller, this vet was the worst! They were pushing pet insurance plans and would not help teach us how to care for our new puppy, even the most basic info and questions, they would respond that we should bring him in for every little thing, it felt more like a high pressure sales floor in a electronics store than a caring and helpful pet evaluation. We would recommend any friends to steer clear of this place, much better options out there.

Miseries Mistress

I took my bird here yesterday for a stomach issue and she saw Dr. Ebert. She is a lovebird and usually doesnt like people other than me, but she hopped right onto her hand and seemed very comfortable with her. It was wonderful and although the results of her xray are rather grim, I must commend the staff on what an excellent job they do and how much they truly care. She will be Bebes regular Dr from here on =)

Always friendly takes their time with answering any questions you may have great with the animals i have only been with them a few months but with my experience so far has been more then what i have expected i got my dog on the premium plan and it doesnt even break my bank plus the no cost office visits are nice i refer my friends and family members to them. I am so happy I found them!

My regular vet was unavailable, and this place made me a same day appointment as a new client. They brought my kitty from barely breathing to purring in just a few hours. They were fast, effective, loving, compassionate, and went above and beyond with me as an emotional pet parent. They have been fantastic with the follow up treatment. I couldnt ask for anything more in a vet.

I had an immediate need and the staff at H & H Veterinary were so helpful and took care of what I needed. They were very caring with my dogs. The staff were amazing!!! I am from out of town, but if I lived in Eugene, this would be Vet for my pets. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

My animals have all seen several vets before in the past, however none have been able to even compare to Dr. Henery! She is absolutely amazing. She has reasonable prices, shes fast, knows what shes doing, and is very careful and gentle with all 5 of my animals!

I was a customer for three years. Brought my mothers dog in after a dog fight. I told them in advance we only had $100 to pay. They gave us a bill after for over $700 and threatened to keep our dog until we paid it. Which is extremely illegal.
