My girl friend came in with a concussion and abdominal pain and all they sent her home with was a big ass lump on her head how is that help? We were there for 4 1/2 hours I was in allowed to be in the room with her. Worst service and/or so-called help Ive ever seen front desk does not help whatsoever nurses doctors anyone that is trying to get help from completely ignores you unless youre stabbed or shot . And my advice do not ever go there and everyone else that can please see my review go ahead and get them in a negative stars well I feel very strongly about this!

I went in there to get a diagnosed, not for the DR to tell me what she thinks is the problem. No technicians at night time? What kind of EMERGENCY ROOM is that? The Dr has to call and wake up the technician and the patient is dying of pain....I just dont now how to call this...this is not an Emergency room. I dont need a guess. I need answers, I cant jus give my little one medication to treat her for ever for pain....thats not me!!

I went in knowing my diagnosis but needed a doctor to prescribe the medication I needed. Whole process was 3 hours of waiting. The place was not busy so I am not sure why it took so long. The time spent with a doctor was 5 minutes, maybe 10. Not impressed.

Love the Forest Grove Tuality ER! We have had to come here a few times because I have a large family and they have always given us the best care and treated us with respect. I would go here over Newberg or Hillsboro! Love them!
