Dr. Swart and his staff have taken care of our dogs for years. Recently, our Whippet became very ill and ultimately passed away. Dr. Swarts office took great care of her over the last week of her life. In the day when care and compassion are trumped by upcharges and needless tests, we are very thankful for Capitol Vetrinary Clinic.
