I agree, the office staff ( Front Desk has not only been rude but downright unprofessional and abusive) I had brought my two children in for well visits and even though shots are not usually given on the day we were seen the Dr not only offered but administered both of the childrens shots and PPD test. When I took the child who had the PPD test back to be read (I called first) was told to come on in, only when I got there I was told that It couldnt be read , which I didnt give a problem rescheduling the entire test over again , what I had a problem with was the receptionist insistence that we couldnt POSSIBLY have gotten shots on the last visit because the office doesnt give shots those days.. even though all she had to do was look in our chart, pull it up in the system or check with the Dr. and would have seen it WAS given. Anyway I didnt fuss, I rescheduled the 2 part procedure again, had my deceased husbands sister take my daughter to the next appointment(as I could not get out of work) and low and behold both my daughter and her aunt hear the receptionist talking loudly about me behind my back calling me " a crazy lady" because once again "our office doesnt give shots on that day" .. once again we were given this test, she never bothered to look at the records. My sister in law confronted her told her it was unprofessional and this woman then proceeds to talk about her , calling her a "loudmouth". Very professional !!!!! The nurses and Drs are much nicer, they recently have a newer receptionist who is very sweet, but this office is notorious for its rude front desk.

Normally I wouldnt write a review for a doctors office, but felt that someone needed to counter a prior reviewer whose wife had their feelings hurt. Weve been taking our 3 kids here for 8 years. Theyve always been able to see us same day for urgent issues and weve never had a billing issue or any other major complaint. There are several doctors in this practice, so you may need to see a few before you find the one that "fits" you and your child.

Appointments are always quick. Staff is attentive. I am always able to get an appointment when needed whether it is during the week or a Saturday unexpected appointment. They were repeatedly mentioned as an option at Bryn Mawr hospital to the point it became clear they were well known and respected. I am very happy with our choice. We most frequently see Dr. Evans and it is clear he enjoys children and caring for them.

The office staff here are very, very rude. On numerous occasions my wife has come home to tell me that lady at the desk was rude and scold her over insurance cards. Unfortunately we have no control over when we get new cards for our children. We have the numbers but she insists upon having the cards. We will be going to a different doctors office with our children.

I never have a problem getting an appointment. The staff are knowledgeable and organized, and always polite both on the phone and in person. We are so happy we found them and they are so close to our home! We will be with them for a long time to come.

I agreed 100%, the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They should think about upgrading their office staff. Doctors and nurses are great! But the front desk staff needs a lot of improvement.
