Been a patient with Dr. Overbech for 25 years, he knows everything about me. I get boils sometimes, Dr. Knows what I go thru, pain, swelling, leaking, tried to get him to call me in an antibiotic, after explaining wat is wrong. Called on Tuesday early, no call back, closed Wednesday, no call back. Thursday get call back, LATE. tells me to come in so he can see. He knows what I go thru, a boil is a boil, infection is infection, leaking all over and you want me to come in so you can see it. Why not call me in an antibiotic? Its not a narcotic. After long consideration, I decided to change Drs. He never does anything anyway, always sends you to another Dr. To get fixed, why do I need to go to a dr. To be sent to another one? My insurance needs no referral, seems to be a money thing, especially when the dr. Knows already wat is going on. Whats up doc?

Billed the wrong insurance and Ive been calling for over a month, many times and leaving messages, no one ever answers, to ask for it to be corrected and I never recieve a call back even though the message says I will get a return call within 24 hours. However, I keep getting bills in the mail (the same bills Im trying to correct) constantly. Very frustrating, do NOT recommend

Great doctor-great service. Everything about the experience here was perfect. They treated me like a friend and gave me a free tetanus shot before I left. I couldnt have asked for a better service
