There are vets who are knowledgeable about veterinary medicine but have no people skills. There are vets who are lovely people but lack expertise in their field. Dr. Kim Dartnell is that rare a once in a lifetime find because she is kind, empathetic, caring and skilled in all areas of her profession. She takes the time to really listen and understands that not every situation follows the textbook and that the person who spends 24x7 with the animal is also a valuable resource for diagnosis. She also takes the time to explain both the cause of the issue and the treatment which to me is so important for building the trust I have in her. Also, everyone in the office is very kind which is appreciated during stressful times. THANKS MVH!
