There is no actual "loving It" being rushed by ambulance, scared to death, with a very high fever to a hospital. However, if there were a 10 rating for this amazing group of Doctors, Emergency Room Nurses, ICU nurses, Third Floor Nurses, Food Specialists, Cleaning People and everyone else that helped to save my life, I would give not a ten rating but a 100 rating. This is the finest group of people I have ever had the "pleasure" of meeting. The quick and accurate diagnosis, the quick decisions for treatment and the tender caring of all involved working with me will be forever remembered. Dd. Pasupuleti, Dr.Sutter and all the attending Doctors were very easy to understand and caring. Ramona in the ICU is a fantastic example of what a nurse can be. I am so happy she came to the United States from Eastern Europe and that I had the privilege of her care. Ramonas staff including Meg, Michelle, Monica and Kim are incredible in their expertize and their caring spirit. I also want to thank Vernice, Michelle and all the others that I have missed. I thank you one and all for the wonderful care that you provided me. I hope to stop by to visit one day soon but under my own power. With utmost respect and thanks, Gary

Horrible. My wife and I have visited quite a number of hospitals and medical facilities over the last few years for her treatments. This hospital is the worst we have been to. Some of the people are nice, but this hospital simply has too many problems. 1. The nurses are understaffed. It takes too long to provide assistance to patients, sometimes many hours, even when patients are in severe pain and urgently need assistance and/or medicine. 2. The hospital made a critical error, assigning an incorrect diagnosis and ordering unnecessary treatments based on a contaminated sample. Even worse, they did not directly communicate to us that this happened. They also tried to evade questions about this when we found out. 3. The main doctor was very difficult to understand and extremely agitated and annoyed when asked questions about the treatment course. Her explanations were unclear. Other doctors seem uninformed about treatment options, offering contradictory information to what we have heard from other, more informed doctors. 4. Unnecessary procedures, like insisting on a home visit which was not needed.

My experience at Lansdale Hospital was very unsettling. I woke up from my surgery in pain and I was in constant pain through the night. I asked for meds and was told were going to wait for 30 min over and over. I had no control over my care period. After recovering I get the bill and on the top it says if you are having trouble paying your bill call this number... those people are a waste of space. I spoke with the billing department and they demanded $200 per month which was beyond my ability. Make sure you can write a check for what your insurance company doesnt cover on your emergency surgery because there will be no empathy from the billing department. The surgeons office worked with me and took what I could pay and they are paid off. Lansdale Hospital should be ashamed with how they treat people and I would love to know what they do with the thousands of dollars a year they receive in grants to assist people in situations such as mine. The billing department is very eager to report people to the creditors. Choose wisely.

I would like to say my overall experience with this hospital was a good one, however I am very unhappy with how one of the EMTs treated me on the way to the hospital and once getting there. He was rather condescending, basically telling me I couldnt be on the phone to tell my family I had just been in a car accident, and then scolding me for wanting to put my hands down on the hospital bed when they were putting me in my room because I was in pain and was trying to just help myself ease onto the bed, but again he gave a condescending attitude. I dont know why he has this job if simple things like that are a problem with him. I told other staff about that and they didnt seem to have a problem with me being on my phone to tell my family what happened. If I had known his name I would have filed some sort of official complaint. Everyone else however was pretty friendly and helpful.

My brother, who is a 69 year old deaf man, had a surgical procedure done at Lansdale Hospital in September 2015. From the moment we arrived early that morning and were greeted by a lovely friendly woman for registration, to the young men who were valets the next day and helped him into the car, we were both wonderfully pleased with the positive friendly helpful attitude of ALL of the staff. The nurses were great, the anesthesiologist was so helpful and considerate, the surgical nurse was reassuring, and we cannot say enough kind words about his surgeon, Dr. Sean Smullen who we think is a genius and a kind man! If you are considering using this hospital for any service or treatment, there is no need to hesitate.

ugh...this is our assigned hospital now and it is such a bummer. I have active boys and have now been here multiple times. The last time my son had crashed hard on his dirt bike. They did not x-ray his chest even though he complained it hurt, they did not catch a growth plate fracture in his foot but did give him a boot that was entirely too small, he had 2 fractures in his wrist but they only caught 1 of them. Tylanol was the only thing they gave him for pain. We had to go back the next day for chest x-rays after the pediatrician saw him. Thank God for CHOP ortho. They caught the other breaks and hooked him up with a proper fitting boot....

The Hospital seems competent, however their billing department is anything but. I have tried to pay the bill they sent one copy of, and my check was returned for incomplete address. The person I spoke to after much time on hold said they gave me the wrong address. I sent a second check to yet a different address which has yet to clear, and they have debt collectors calling. I can never speak to the billing department without a vast amount of time on hold. Still trying to correct this, I spent time on hold this morning only to get the message to leave my name and number and they will call me back.

Unfortunately my husband died a year ago at this Hospital. The nurses and doctors were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately this is not in very well for my husband. The hospital was the cleanest hospital Ive ever been to. PS whenever you go to any Hospital make sure you have a medication list and your credit card, your health insurance card, and make sure you are not alone. I live in Montgomeryville PA. And then Montgomery Township police were awesome. Some helpful hints for you. PS also make sure you have someone watching the house and also have someone take care of your pets or children.

Just tried to schedule an MRI and CT scan over the phone. Was on hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally answered the line, they said I had to talk to someone else. Back on hold. And then..... the phone disconnected. I went through this exercise TWICE!!! My solution? Call Grandview. Someone answered the phone right away, transferred me to scheduling, and that person answered right away.
