I always thought Coordinated Health was an excellent place, but you wont get the same service today you did when it was a small company when all the employees knew each other and were friendly. Beware that when you go in today, you will receive TWO bills. One for their "hospital facility" and one for the doctor who sees you. I used to work at their original East Stroudsburg office back in college--it was SUCH a great place back then--to work and be a patient. Myself and several family members and friends were patients back then. I even went once as a patient after they opened their new East Stroudsburg office. So, naturally, when I injured my calf working out at the end of October, I went in to see them at the Emerick Boulevard office Nov 6. My how things have changed. VERY bureaucratic these days. No personal treatment, just business as usual. VERY VERY different from the Coordinated Health I was used to back in the early to mid 2000s. My leg was looked at, the doctor came in briefly. I was given an x-ray, told I tore the muscle and to take ibuprofen 3x/day until it felt better. Then I received the bill, and instead of the usual $45 copay for seeing a specialist, I received TWO bills. One for the "hospital" and one for the doctor. Note, I was seen in an OFFICE NOT a hospital. The double charge is outrageous. So, now on top of a $45 copay I have a $220 hospital bill! And on top of that, my muscle feels NO better today than it did 4 months ago. So, if any of you reading this can recommend a small, private practice that might take care of me better, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Coordinated Health was once an amazing place, but my most recent visit proves that they are no different than any other bureaucratic facility that ushers you and and ushers you out as a number. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I first went there for a ct scan I had to wait about 30 mins to get checked in. Associates were walking right past me without asking if I needed help then I had to wait for one to get off a personal call till I received any help. Next I was sent there for an MRI. I had gone to my doctor a day prior for some bug bites that got out of control. I was told to go to my appointment as planned. When I got there the woman noticed my bites assumed I had bed bugs and told me they could not do my test. I completely understand there are polices for these things BUT I did not need to be treated as if I had leprosy. They told me they needed to quarantine the room I was in and any chairs I was sitting on. Then was followed out like I was some sort of criminal. I have never been so embarrassed in my life not to mention I was getting this MRI done for the possibility of cancer and now had to wait longer to find out results. So much for a caring staff and facility. It still doesnt end. I open my mail today to find out THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR NOTHING! They are trying to charge me 70 for kicking me out. Please please please dont let yourself deal with what I had to. ask to go somewhere else the stress of sickness is bad enough on top of the added stress these people add to you.

One of the worst facilities in the town. Went in for a walk in sick visit at the facility on highland avenue on 11/5/14 Wednesday 7.15 pm and HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR after the initial tests. Even after waiting 1 HOUR no physician showed up to see me and finally I was so frustrated that I decided to leave without getting a treatment. When I went to the counter to cancel my appointment the lady behind the desk was so rude as if it was my mistake and didnt care much about the situation. WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN and WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. Patients beware before even thinking of going to this place because the way the staff was behaving, I dont think I would like to be treated at such place. They dont even deserve this 1 star.

BEWARE of getting any images done at this facility!!! I had an MRI done 5 days ago and have called MULTIPLE times for the results and no one can give them to me because they havent been read yet. In the meantime, my pain continues and I must now go for another test which could be unnecessary if the MRI reveals something. This is totally unacceptable. I realize everyone is busy but I am now wondering if this is a new way for the medical professionals to make more money. They delay the results of one test until you go for the other. I am more than disappointed with Coord. Health and appalled that no one has called me back to explain the delay!!!!

Having had BOTH shoulders totally replaced by the incredible Dr. Hoffman in the past year, I can tell you that Coordinated Health Bethlehem is the place to go. In addition to successful surgery and barely any scars, the Hospital staff is so caring. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The food was excellent, the service beyond compare. I was always comfortable and pain free. I rang the bell, they were there. Highly recommend Coordinated Health for surgery. Carole Hamblin

I was bounced 4 times, 4 different areas, spent 10 mins on hold. Finally received an appointment, arrived to be told the person who made the appointment did it incorrectly and I have to wait 2 more hours to be seen. Thank goodness this is not a place I would ever rely on as I was I only going for a travel consultation which is not covered by any insurance and you have to Pay. Coordinated health is not coordinated.

What a lovely facility. My mom was here for surgery and the staff was immensely pleasurable to be around. Her room was nicer than you would get at some hotels - as was the food. And as far as the surgery goes she was up and walking around again faster than I would have ever thought possible.

I went here for an evening MRI appt-& Im sure I was the last patient of the day. The technician was extremely patient with me and took all the time I needed to ensure I was comfortable. (Im a bit claustrophobic) Everyone I encountered there was nice & professional.

The women at the check in front desk are so unprofessional, especially the two blonde ladies. They were making fun of another womens eyebrows.... I could also here them talking about their personal lives...
