A boutique Hospital! If such a thing exists, it is Physicians Care Surgical Hospital!!! The care at Physicians Care Surgical Hospital was spectacular! I just had knee replacement surgery there on June 9th and I was "wowed" by the entire team. Dr. Carl Deirmengian is top notch and the entire process was phenomenal. Pre-admission testing was a breeze. The admission process on the day of surgery was quick and professional. Jan--my pre-open nurse--was kind and caring and explained everything. Once in my private, quiet room, my nurse My Tran was attentive, focused, and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable! She was a delight and I was happy to have her my second day! Michele--the Physical Therapist--taught me all I needed to.know for the progression from bed to chair to stairs to car! She was positive and I knew I was in capable hands. Kudos to PCSH! I have spoken loudly about the fabulous care and atmosphere of this hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best surgical experience!!

From start to finish, the ENTIRE staff took excellent care of me. They were also very kind and accommodating to my ride home. The staff that handled my pre-admission testing were very pleasant, & quick. Day of procedure: check in was a breeze, my pre-op nurse was amazing, the entire OR team was wonderful, my post op nurse was also wonderful. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare, as well as having my follow up appointment already scheduled for me. I would go here again, should the need ever arise. I also would very highly recommend this facility. Its clean, and I cant rave enough about the people that took care of me!

The personnel at this hospital are as kind as they are efficient. My experience was as easy as a surgery could be. Amazing communication between everyone who works there. While in the waiting lobby to be called for prep, one worker even came from the back to ask if anyone (not just patients) in the waiting area had any needs or questions. Wow!

Very friendly and a completely different experience. I think everyone in my operating room was a woman, and even as a guy it was a pleasant experience. Very good at communication from the receptionist to the medical personnel. I never write reviews; however, I felt it was definitely needed in this case.
