One of the worst experiences in an ER I can remember. Sadly there was one person who showed genuine concern and decided to help I just cant remember her name (Sorry). Because of her it made the ordeal a lot easier to manage eventually and actually responded like someone who cared about what was going on. I will never return to this ER for any reason except maybe to say thank you to the single lady who helped me. The doctors and nurses however were great and friendly; just getting to them was the issue. For someone to tell you "You can breath fine if your talking to me" after I complained that I was having trouble taking breathes is unprofessional and rude. Also if the staff would have just listened to me and allowed my friend to go grab my updated insurance information from my job which is down the street they wouldnt have had to enter the incorrect information due to me not being able to speak clearly at the time; im in the ER with my wife and best friend hunched over in pain.....im not going to run out on my bill; they already had taken my SS#, Home address and work address.

Worst ER experience Ive ever witnessed. Could actually hear the drama from the staff across my girlfriends room. Maybe they need a refresher course on what "Emergency" stands for. So the good? The doctor was very kind to my girlfriend. I mean, he had a dry sense of humor to help ease the tension, but he was good. The initial nurse helped calm her down. Obviously my girlfriend was scared not being used to needles and stitches. Then you get Gary, the male nurse. Awful, insensitive and unprofessional. Talks about my girlfriend being sensitive to the treatments right in front of us to his gal pal. Says he was busy when I addressed the 45 minute wait for someone to clean up my girlfriend when I clearly saw him flirting and gallivanting 20 min prior. Guy complains in earshot. God, if Im on my last dying breath and it comes down to being here with Gary...cut the chord. I read a review about him that was right on the money. Request anyone else. Any Where Else.

When a patient with a significant amount of pain walks into the ER, the correct response is to try to treat them and make, at the minimum, a mediocre attempt at compassion - not to deny them care, ignore them while standing in the hall talking about how "slow" it is for midnight, and criticize them for being in the ER. Perhaps you should consider switching business plans and taking up pizza delivery or selling goldfish. This facility had dirty paper towels on the floor, yellow stains everywhere, and its people dont meet the minimum standards required for a customer service position at taco bell. Save your time and your own life. Theres a Harbor Freight across the street. Go buy some tools and DIY.

From the moment we walked in with our Downs Syndrome adult son to the time we left, we were all treated with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Linda in pre testing was so sweet, Sophia is absolutely, the BEST blood sticker.. She was quick and calm...Donna in EKG was a gem, sweet and caring. The nurses, Ann and Karen with the staff were absolutely wonderful with a man that has many problems. Dr. Haman in anesthesia, I can not say enough about..superb. All were fantastic with us and a son who is intellectually delayed and was very difficult coming out of anesthesia. The hospital was very clean and welcoming. Thank you!

The Dr I had was nice and the girl nurse I had was nice however the douchebag male nurse shouldnt have a job. His name is Gary apparently hes one of the biggest douchebag Ive ever met for a nurse talks to his coworkers like their trash and patients. Jams the ear looking device down both my ears got pissed off because I said something about it twice then gives me attitude like Im wrong goes out of the room when I tell him to get out and grabs his dick and starts running his mouth to the other nurses and I CAN HEAR HIM LIKE WTF I am a hospice nurse if I ever treated patients the way I was treated Id be fired. Smh.

Wendy in the ER, the ICU and Resident Dr. Wong are excellent and compassionate. All of the nurses and doctors exceeded my expectations. My family is comprised of all ages and a nurse and a doctor and we all experienced top notch care provided to my father. He has been to several hospitals during our nightmare with his cancer diagnosis and this hospital ranks the highest in all areas from registration to care to cleanliness and confidentiality. Thank you!

This hospital has really been ran into the ground the last few months. Sitting in the ICU with my grandmother hooked up to a ventilator off of a closed unit that looks like a dungeon, is so unwelcoming. It is like no one is around unless you go physically into the ICU. Yesterday the one elevator got stuck. It is not the staff. The majority of the staff are great. It is not their fault. There is one security guard for the whole hospital. It is awful.

A really great experience. I had an outpatient visit at this hospital for vericose vein surgery and everyone from registration to the nurese and doctors were very nice and professional. I really dont like needles and am nervous going under anesthesia. They made me feel calm and assured. Ellen, Rose and of course my doctor who performed the operation, who I trust completely, are all professional and belong in their chosen field.

My son broke his arm playing baseball, we were seen promptly in the E.R. and the staff were professional and very nice. I was very satisfied. Update: ER doctor diagnosed my son with green stick fracture, turns out after 10 years of age you cant get this type of fracture, actual diagnoses was a buckle fracture according the big league docs at chop.

Emergency Department staff is unprofessional and violate HIPAA Regulations by discussing patient information openly for all to hear. Misinformation is passed along, hurting the patient that is being cared for without even being verified. Avoid this hospital for your own safety and well-being.

The moment I walked in with my son, there where nurses that took my son right in the ER. Everyone is so friendly and the Dr was right on point when diagnosing my son. Will spend the next few days in the hospital but overall am very happy with the service here.

Try natural cures instead. If you want to make it to the next holiday. The second start is because some of the personal is really pleasant and Im sure that TRIAD emergency procedures leave you with no choice but this guys.

Slowest service ever. I have been in the waiting room with my family for about 3 hours and theres no one here so it shouldve been quick but its nothing like that. I think they need to revaluate the meaning of "Emergency."
