I have been seeing my primary care physician for years at Penn Primary Care West Chester. He and his nurse are wonderful. They listen to and answer all of my concerns. When he is not available for an immediate sick visit, I have seen three other Dr.s there and they are all very amicable and professional. The front desk staff are very nice and immediately greet you. I have referred friends and family to this practice and they love it too. Sometimes you have to hold for a few minutes on the phone but also my calls have been immediately answered over the years. The waiting time for my physician is zero. The appointment times are scheduled perfectly and everything flows along nicely. I am very particular about any practice I go to for my needs - eyes, mammo, , neurologist etc. I only deal with ones where the staff are personable and the office is run well. I give Penn Primary Care 5 stars.

Doctors great but agree with previous post. It is almost impossible to get through the phone system. This has been going on for months and was supposed to be fixed. Twice today was put on hold for more than ten minutes.

Great doctors but almost impossible to get through the phone system, God forbid you have to change an appointment. They should hire more support staff!
