I have used this facility for several years now. As a business owner having to meet all the requirements of the FMCSA DOT physical guidelines. I found that Dr. Vrabilk to very knowledgeable in his understanding of these laws. As a doctor I find him very professional, With a straight forward attitude. He holds nothing back with your health care. This is a Doctor that truly cares about his profession, and his patients. I have and will continue to send him as many referrals as I possibly can.

Had an appointment at 2:45pm, arrived there at 2:30pm waited in line until 2:50pm just to sign in. I had to return to work by 3:30pm. So i had to reschedule the appointment for a drug screen and physical. Terrible customer service. They should not make so many appointments during the day if they cannot stick to an actual appointment schedule. Will not be going to this "doctors office" again.

Nobody ever picks up the phone to make a simple DOT physical appointment. Called during their office hours, left a message for them to get back to me and they never did. Seeming as this is the only place the company would allow me to get a DOT physical at I had to go and make the appointment in person. Awful customer service.

Actually the worst 2 hours of my life. Worst customer service Ive seen had an appointment time waited over 2 hours in a nearly empty waiting room for a 10 min appointment. I wish this site had 0 star rating because this place has earned it. Wost service of my life.

If you go here and get Dr. Kevin Vrablik, ask for a different Dr. Hes very rude and unprofessional. He thinks cause hes a doctor is profession makes him better than others. .GTFOH
