I can honestly say I now LOVE going to the Dentist. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. The facility is first rate and they leverage technology to provide the highest level of care for their patients. The Doctor insures he and his talented staff have the best equipment for patient care and treatment. The administrative staff is always courteous and very helpful explaining the ever more complicated insurance coverage. They always go the extra yard for the patients. The Hygiene staff is fabulous. I have never had better hygiene care than I what I receive from my hygienist. She is so gentle and has such a “soft touch” that I have actually fallen asleep while getting my teeth cleaned!! The Assistants too are a great team working together helping the Doctor treat patients. Their level of skill rivals that of many dentists that have treated me in the past. The crown placements at Dudas Dental are some of the smoothest I have experienced for quite some time. The Doctor is a not only a skilled dentist, he is an artisan of his craft. His chair side manner is gracious. I have heard him be tough with patients when necessary. The treatment plan Doctor Dudas prepared for me has reversed my periodontal disease and stemmed the resulting bone loss. My mouth and smile are now healthy!! Thank you Doctor Dudas!!!

Great dentist been going for about 5 years now, very personal and professional! Update: this office has changed big time! Been going for almost 10 years now and just told Dr Dudas Im done as a patient and he did not seem to care. In the process of getting a crown on a root canal, and the crown was made wrong (no fault of theres) I was told now Im gonna have to come back twice because he did not have time to make a new mold today. Keep in mind I live 30 minutes away, pass 6 other offices to get here, have to miss time away from my wife and kids, oh and Im already numbed up with Novocain. But now I get to come back twice because he does not have time for me today. Patients I urge you to find a smaller practice that has time to care for there patients, I know thats what Ill be looking for.

Very good dentist. Very good hygenist. Both good with kids, there are questionable policies and the customer service from certain office personnel is beyond horrible for the following reasons: 1)Failure to disclose office policies regarding first time visit resulting in lost patient time and unecessary premedication. 2)If you fail to give more than 48 hours notice of cancellation, then they will bill you and threaten to drop you as a patient. 3)The office manager became very unprofessional and began to argue when confronted with customer complaints. 4)Very questionable acounting practices resulting in incorrect billing, then while the bill was being investigated by the patient they threatened to report to a collection agency.

Ok...lets admit it...going to the dentist is not the highlight of our day...BUT all the positive energy at Dudas makes the experience a whole lot nicer! The techs are pros...the office staff is friendly and helpful! And everything is sparkling. I get caught up with the days news chat it up a bit and before I know it, my teeth feel absolutely amazing! Customer service seems to be their 1st priority and what more could you ask for? I vote Dudas Dental Group #1 in Lancaster County!!

Being claustrophobic I, at times, am apprehensive. I had a recent visit with Miss. Mickelle and Dr. Dudas, and an enjoyable experience! I was more relaxed leaving than when I arrived, disappointed my spa like treatment had ended.My wife, three children and I are at least 7 year patients. Weve come along with the growth and changes. Still from check in to check out I truly recommend this experience! tony

Ive been going to Dudas for about 2 years now. They are so nice, have a really nice office, and can usually get me in quickly. They even told me to come in after they were closed to fix my loose crown before I left for my honeymoon! I referred my sister and her family there as well. They also have flat screen TVs over the chairs so you can watch whatever you want during your appointment!

I have been to several dental offices in the past and I have to say the group at Dudas dental is the best yet. Ranging from highly skilled technicians to superb front desk administrators ! Dr. Dudas is always looking out for my familys best dental interest. Thank you so much to everyone at Dudas dental group !!!!

Great people who work their. I dont feel likeI am at the dentist. It has been 14 years since I went to a dentist and at Dudas I wasnt even nervous at bit. Great experience in a long time at the dentist.
