I miss the times when having to watch The Today Show was the worst part about going there. I have finally had enough today. 9AM appointment didnt get started until 9:50 or so. I should be leaving by then. Originally the appointment was for 8am but they changed their hours and rescheduled, obviously overbooking themselves. Do I really have to fill out the questionnaire every time I visit? I have been going there since 2012. Dr. Lam is pretty good and the hygienists are nice but all the assistants are fresh out of school and still learning. Like others have said the office is a revolving door with new people every other month. A faulty syringe spilled bleach in my mouth once during a root canal, understandable. Then the the crown got dropped on the floor, pretty sure it got cleaned before it got put in(I can only hope). I have seen a dead fish in the tank, a wall clock off by more than 5 hours, missing ceiling tiles, and used gloves on the floor. Its the little things. I miss my childhood dentist who was always one step ahead of what I was thinking and had assistants with experience. I miss metal fillings that dont feel sore for a few weeks while chewing. Im done.

Dr. Lam is an extraordinary dentist - a practitioner with such skill and compassion as his is a rarity in Lititz, Pa. His attitude is positive and authentic, while his work is conservative, yet thorough and well planned. Genuinely sorry to read about anyone having a bad experience here, honestly this office may not be the most organized, but being that its part of a much larger, corporate dental money making machine, the care that you will receive here feels a lot like how you would be treated in a similarly located private practice, and thats pretty impressive to me. The office staff, assistants, and hygienists at this location are constantly doing their absolute best to work with what theyve got in order to provide the highest possible standard of care to their patients. And they manage to do it all in a clean, comfortable environment with a smile!

These people are the most clueless "professionals" that I have ever met. Poor communication, long wait times and a mis-managed office. The office manager is totally clueless - and this is reflected in the way her staff talks to and works with patients. We have been going there for 2 years, and we have had an issue EVERY time we have gone. One time, I even walked out because I was waiting for the hygienist to come into the exam room for over an hour. When I told the office manager, she looked like a deer in the headlights and had no clue. The dentists and hygienists are good - when you are actually able to wade past the nonsense at the front desk to get back and see them. They should be ashamed at how they run their business. BEWARE. You have been warned.

Showed up for a routine cleaning. Checked in at the front desk, did the paperwork, etc. and took a seat for about 20 minutes. The front desk attendant finally came out and told me that I would have to get clearance from my OBGYN before they cleaned my teeth. 1) Why didnt they tell me that before I had to sit, wait and waste my time? 2) Really? A clearance to have a routine cleaning? I understand there are rules - but it is clear that the front desk team is clearly under-trained in how to handle common matters such as this. Aside from this trip, wait times are long and the front desk team isnt professional whatsoever. Try to avoid.

Terrible I went there and they did not seem to be trained correctly and ive noticed that the hygentist would look back after she every tooth she cleaned and i told her that i have a lose tooth that was about to fall out and she said ok" and she did not even treat it like a loose tooth i was in pain the whole time. Then after about a day or two after i went i noticed a very very bad pain in my bottom last tooth where my wisdom teeth will be then i thought oh its just my wisdom tooth coming in. Then i remembered they scrached my gums realy bad and then it got infected and it still hurts now after three week of going. DONT GO

I dont know if anyone would give them 5 stars. I went to the lititz office and the dental assistant and the dentist were very rude. I told them I have a MAJOR gag reflex and they didnt seem to care. All they cared about was getting the x-rays. I told them that the thing wouldnt fit in my mouth but they presisted on getting the stupid thing in my mouth. They also shoved their hands to the far teeth toward the back of my throat. I told them again I have a MAJOR gag reflex but they didnt care. Im going to the lancaster office soon. Hopefully they are nicer.

This dentist is absolutely horrible. They schedule orthodontic appointments when the orthodontist is about to leave and dont do necessary repairs when theyre absolutely needed. I DO NOT recommend this dentist. The front desk staff is changed out every visit and their scheduling is all over the place. My braces treatment so far has been an absolute nightmare. If possible do not go to this dentist for orthodontics. The normal dentistry side is fine but orthodontics is horrible

I dont know who is giving them 5 star rating as i didnt have a good experience over there(must be their own people). There reception and office staff is very uninformed. You ask them any question, they wouldnt have any right answer or they get irritated. I have been there few times and now im changing my dentist.

The staff is very immature and are not responsible in the slightest. Patient-staff interactions are very offsetting. No special care was given to my individual case. I was supposed to receive two crowns but they misplaced them.

They dont know how to schedule properly! Getting scheduled for wrong appointments for no reason! I got my teeth cleaned by the doctor there and still felt plaque on my teeth leaving. Would not recommend this location.

I had my teeth cleaning here. The hygienist, Lauren, and Dr. Lam were extremely friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I will definitely be continuing my care at this office.
