Today was my first time and last time at titan.. I will give titan two stars only because the manager and front staff were so great! My experience was wonderful until I got called into the room by a heavier woman with very short dark hair.. I unfortunately did not get her name, I wish I had! I was at titan because I found a small dog running around a main road in 85+ degree weather.. the cement was extremely hot and the dog looked like it needed a drink. I picked it up, brought it home, gave it a bath, checked to make sure it was okay, fed it and let it sleep.. it looked as if it had been outside for weeks. I tried to contact the number on the dog tag which was the previous owners number, which was weird to me, I also posted on Facebook to see if anyone would claim him & got no response. I then consulted a friend & she directed me to titan as well as a few others because the dog was in A LOT of pain with its mouth. I wouldve taken him to ocean state if I had the money.. or even my own vet where I take my own dog however I heard such great things about titan. I called titan Monday morning, explained the situation & scheduled an appointment, all out of pure concern for this poor dog. I took time out of work and brought the dog in.. this is when I got called in to the room by this woman.. she was RUDE and talked down to me like I was a doing such a bad thing trying to make sure this dog was alright. She was very unhelpful & she told me "I cant take care of this dog like its my own" so I told her she couldve been a little more pleasant and I left. She then followed me outside and stared at me as I left.. I asked her what her problem was and she mouthed something that I couldnt hear and all of a sudden, I HAVE A PHONE CALL FROM THE POLICE ANIMAL CONTROL asking me about the situation. This miserable woman told the police officer that I STOLE THE DOG OUT OF A NEIGHBORS YARD.. luckily I had already told multiple people the situation so her lie turned right back around in her face. My only goal was to make sure he was alright, and get him on some meds or something just in case if the owners showed up and they couldnt afford to take him to the vet... I am so disgusted with the treatment I got from this woman. The rest of the staff was very pleasant.. its sad that I tried to do a good thing for a dog in need and she didnt even have the heart to help me or lead me in the right direction. If she doesnt feel for dogs who are less fortunate I dont want her anywhere near my pets!

We started going to Titan since we moved to this area of RI-WE have two cats, and starting taking one of them there when he had some urinary issues, At first, I was pleased (able to take us right away, pricing wasnt bad, etc) We took our little guy there a few times, kept doing the same test over and over again, and nothing helped. We had an emergency on a holiday and although thankful they were open, the end result was heartbreaking. He needed to be "unblocked" and had a catheter inserted. I would call a few times each day to check on him, never to hear from the actual doctor (in the 8 or so times we brought him, only saw the dr 1 or 2 times) I always felt like I was a pain when I called, Oh, its you again Upon his return home he was bloody and swollen- Since he wasnt getting any better, we tried another vet today and told us how badly bruised his little man parts really were and how swollen he was. Although Titan sent us home with meds, none were for pain management. Our new vet said the catheter should have been in for 2-3 days to fix the problem, not 2-3 hours. Also, when I went to go visit him since he had to stay overnight(which again, seemed like they didnt like that I came), the 6 cages they have in the back had no curtains, etc and were not seperate by cats/dogs--Very different to place a dog/cat next to each other and can visable see each other--only causes more stress. Also makes me afraid when the drs husband tells your how "blocked up" your cat was--Ummm, what was he doing in the operating room? He is always there helping out, but what are his qualifications in jeans in a T shirt? Just dishearting, we will not be bringing our pets back after our recent experience. Would not recommend after this-

We bought our little pooch from Perfect Puppy in Scituate, and they recommended Titan. We are more than satisfied with the attention and care we get there! Titans staff is very compassionate and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with animals. Jackie, the vet tech, is so friendly, kind and professional. She is our fave! We LOVE HER...and most importantly, so does our little fur baby! We live in Smithfield, and certainly have many choices in our area that are more convenient, but driving to Warwick is worth it to us! Last week we had a minor vet emergency as we noticed what appeared to be a deer tick on our dogs neck. We wanted to be sure it was a tick and not something more serious. We took our pup to a local clinic on Route 44 for convenience...they were rude and unprofessional! Their facility may look beautiful inside, but their attitudes were ugly! The head vet said it would be $150 just to look to see if it was a tick, then removal would be extra!! Our pup was in distress and slightly growled at the vet. She abruptly said in anger "if this dog bites me...shes mine". I looked at her in disgust and replied "Shes nervous and I think she senses your annoyance with us, and she had her rabies shot". Needless to say, we left and i was able to remove what was infact, a tick. That place is a disgrace. TITAN IS FANTASTIC!! So glad for Titan and their caring staff! Titan also has affordable and fair prices. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Titan has also squeezed us in for an emergency visit when our puppy had been vomiting. We love Titan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ask for Linda and Jackie!!!!!!!

This is where I go to be on hold. I love being on hold. Its my favorite thing in the world. Sometimes, when I wake up, I yearn for the satisfaction of being on hold - so I call Titan Vet. Im immediately placed on hold, faster than literally any other business Ive ever encountered. My happiness rises to new extremes as I lie in bed, placed on hold, hearing the beeping sound over and over and over and over again. When my day becomes really stressful, I know I can turn to Titan Vet for mindfulness meditation, as all I have to do is make a simple phone call and boom, my entire day is placed on hold. Bathroom breaks? Ill be on hold. Driving home in traffic? Put me on hold. Cat is sick? Bah, Id rather be on hold. I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me atop my day so that I can reflect on things like - what am I doing with my life? Do I really understand a Roth IRA? What will we do when the next economic crisis arises? Why is it called chocolate when sugar and milk are the first ingredients? Thank you, Titan Vet!
