Tried some other vets in Florence area but this is the one my family keeps bringing our pets back to. Dr. Causey is friendly and cares. Had an old dog that had to stay for a few days and they were fine with my mom showing up to see him before she went to work even though that meant being there before they were open. Also, they are cheaper than some places in Florence. They neutered my cat for half the price another place in Florence was charging.

Tried to take a dog that was hit by a car to them and they refused to treat him because he was not a regular. The dog was bleeding and had a broke leg. Definitely not a caring vet
