Niche Motors

I took my French bulldog 2 weeks ago because she had an ear problem and specifically asked that they call me before doing anything. They operated on here and rang up a $600 bill without speaking to me first! The lady on the phone, Alyssa, was the RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Completely unprofessional, immature, and assumptive! These people are screwing anyone with a Brentwood address beware! I was told that having the stitches removed would be free, it was NOT! My wife just brought our dog back for that, and 30 minutes later we had another $150 bill for a list of work that we did NOT ask for or authorize!!! Worst experience Ive ever had with a business, PERIOD!

I just moved to the area from Memphis. I saw your hospital and decided to give you a call for check up and yearly vaccines for my pug Zoe. The lady that answered the phone was SUPER nice, told me she had a pug too and I called the right place! She was RIGHT! I was able to get in that day and everyone including doctor was so nice. I will be calling to set up grooming appointments for Zoe and will not go any where else for pet care. I have already told many people about my great experience Saturday and will tell everyone I know that I was highly impressed with the care and the staff there

I have been bringing my pets to Bradford Animal Hospital since I moved to Nashville, six years ago. They see Dr. Bradford and Dr. McKee. Both vets are great. They are very friendly, compassionate and you can tell they really care about the animals. All of the staff is warm, welcoming and very friendly. I use the vet services, boarding and grooming. Five stars for it all!! All of my pets come in wagging their tails so five stars from them too!!

Very nice guy, however bad experience. Came in for a bortatella shot on Friday, my dogs next bowl movement was diarrhea. He then had diarrhea Saturday and Sunday. I called Monday morning and they said to bring him in, and I did and after the office visit charge and other medications it was $188.50 bill! BEWARE!

I took my puppy in to have her checked out. I understand its an extremely hard career, however missing a life ending issue is bad for business. I burried my puppy less than 12 hours after she was checked out as "fine". It cost me over a $100 to have my puppys health ignored!

The staff take very good care of the animals at Bradford Animal Hospital. The vets are very knowledgeable and take their time in helping. My family moved to a different part of town, and we still come to this vet. I would highly recommend this vet.

We love and trust Dr. Karst and the sweet team at Bradford. Dr. Karst has cared for us and our furry loved ones for over 12 yrs through many ups and downs. She has laughed with us and cried with us and has officially become part of our family.

Dr. Tom and his team have always been extremely professional, courteous, and treated our pets like family. Years ago, my dog was hit by a car and he stayed with her after hours to keep her stable and comfortable. I cannot recommend them more.
