I would give 0 stars if the option was available. I brought my dog in today for a teeth cleaning. I was quoted $110 for the service. They called me before the surgery to offer all kinds of additional services which I declined. They called after the surgery and said that they pulled 10 teeth. They did not even consult me before doing so to see if I had the funds available to pay for it. They just took it upon themselves. Needless to say I was not happy. Then when I picked up my dog, and got home I found he was covered in feces which was plastered to his rear end. It had of course gotten on me as well since I held him on the way home. So not only did my poor dog go through the trauma of getting 10 teeth pulled but he also had to then sit through a bath while I had to scrub him down for 20 minutes while being so groggy from the anesthesia. I called the office and spoke to Destiny to complain and she had the nerve to say "she smelled something and assumed he urinated so checked his belly to see if it was wet". She decided not to investigate the matter any further. In addition they charged extra for heavy tarter but didnt advise me they were charging extra for that either. This place seems to do what they want and charge what they want. STAY AWAY!

The Drs are great. The front desk staff not so much. I have been ignored when attempting to ask questions about flea and tick prevention because the person was to busy texting..one more thing ladies probably shouldnt talk about the people who pay your salaries. Today I was also told that I couldnt use my care credit card unless the amount was over 50.00..per care credit I was told. After contacting care credit about this issue I was told by care credit that there is no such policy. I then called church hill vets back to inquire whether it was care credit policy or theirs...I was told that it was care credits "suggestion". Uhhhhmmmm...No thats not true either I called care credit back and asked them that as well. So..Im not sure if its church hills way of making people spend money on things they dont need or if its just pettiness...or laziness. I am not a new client there and am sorry to see the decline in the standards.

I have never met a better group of people! They are excellent with my pitbull and she loves all of them. They always make sure to talk with me and break everything down in detail so I know everything about my baby! I have recommended them to everyone I meet and will continue to do so! I drive almost an hour to come to Church Hill Vet and its well worth the drive. We have 3 older dogs and the doctors and staff take excellent care of all of them. They always spend the time needed to address all the issues our dogs have. 2 of our dogs have had surgery there and the outcome for both was great. Highly recommend!

Everyone I have met over the past 3 yrs I have been bringing my animals here were very kind and thoughtful. The doctor talked sweetly to our old sick dog as he waited for the injection to work sending her on her way to the other said. This meant so much to us. Thank you all so much.

They are very interested in your pet. And very helpful. I love seeing the cats that live there. They have free reign around the office. Its enjoyable. The cats are very well behaved. It makes me know how much they care.
